First, I have to say the best part of David service is his price. It took a little while with 4 different appeals, but ultimately I was reinstated. Mine seem to be a special case, but I'm sure David can knock most suspensions out with the first or second appeal.

To all the sellers who are trying to get reinstated, be mindful of the time difference when communicating with David and his team in the UK. Upon our suspension on Amazon for late shipments we were shocked and looking for answers. Amazon Appeal was there every step of the way and helps us to get back in a very short time. David created a great draft of the appeal and worked with me to improve it taking my input into consideration and including it in the letter using proper terminology.

I've been selling on Amazon for 4+ years. Recently, it seems like the minefield of blocked listings,policy violations and appeal rejections keeps getting worse and worse. After getting caught in the "dragnet" of the Amazon Keyword Police Bots, I finally resorted to hiring Amazonappeal to write my appeal letter. After being suspended for going over the late shipment threshold at Christmas I sent an appeal myself. It seemed to be well written and a logical solution to Amazon's concerns. WRONG

I could not understand why it was not accepted but after some research I found the Amazonappeal site.

Contact with David was easy, helpful and friendly. I was provided with a new appeal within the stated 24 hours. I sent it to Amazon on Friday night and by Monday night we got our account reinstated. I can't thank David enough.

Take my advice and just let David sort out the wording of your appeal. He knows what Amazon want to hear.

They were very good, but I feel they were a bit too busy to answer emails. But in the desperation of an appeal it worked out very well. They are calm, confident and professional and hey they got me back into Amazon and their price point is very competitive the other company I talked to wanted $500 just to talk to me and the appeal was going to be $5K - like them overall a good experience.
