I ordered a pair of boots; they were too small. I followed the instructions and returned them . I didn't want to wait for an exchange to get the boots, so I ordered a pair in the right size. The refund came very quickly. I am very pleased with the customer service!

Ordered my item on Wednesday and it was at my door step on Friday. I absolutely love my boots, great product at a very reasonable price.

Placed an order, got a confirmation email stating that the order was received. However, there was no other correspondence, e.g. processing confirmation, shipping, etc. The order tracking system didn't return any results.
A week later I emailed customer support with my concerns and was let know that the item was out of stock and would not be shipped.
It'd be nice to be informed in timely manner and without additional requests that the item I've ordered as a gift should not be expected at all.

I loved the prices and selection I found here. Could've used a little more description on some products but I was happy with what I got and I received free stickers, which is always the best.
