I've ridden bikes all my life and with All Terrain Cycles being local to me I decided to buy a bike online for my daughter and have the experience of going to collect it. She and I were very excited but unfortunately my experience was anything but enjoyable and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I am so pleased with me experience with allterraincycles. First of all, the price of the road bike I got was superb value. The bike was delivered within days and was packaged safely and securely.
I had an expert put my bike together and he was so impressed with the attention to detail of how the bike was set-up pre-build (handlebars, pedals and front wheel only).
The gears are shifting beautifully and the bike is amazing to ride.

All Terrain had the items in stock at the best prices I could find. They were delivered promptly nad very carefully packaged.

My bike arrived on time as expected, well packed with just a couple of things to do before being ready to ride. I had to call the tech dept to fit the front wheel, my fault not the bike's. The guy I spoke to was excellent and got me sorted 👍. The bike was very well set up and I only had to change the saddle height and charge the battery. I would recommend this business.

I guess simply having the frameset I wanted in my size and with a nice discount would suffice for 5 stars, but the interest-free finance option through Klarna deserves a special mention. The frameset was shipped and delivered promptly without any hiccups, packaged well and with all the small bits. Very happy with my purchase.
