Awful Customer service.
Tried many times to contact them only to get no reply and now over £160 worse off and nothing to show for it.
No phone number / no email response / no chat response
Will never use again

AWFUL - never ever buy from them.
They take your money and then do not ship the item and ignore all messages / calls / e mails. This is a scam.

My son bought two pairs of identical cricket boots by mistake. £90 each. Both arrived and he immediately sent one pair back by special delivery - tracking is available via Royal Mail and shows they were returned on the 17th June. We since have had no correspondence stating they have been returned and no refund. He has tried contacting via messaging, email and even trying to phone the shops! No response whatsoever.
So it has cost him £180 for one pair of boots plus the delivery return cost!
Disgusting customer service!

Don't be fooled by the good prices!
Customer service is terrible and slow. My refund took a MONTH to be processed and I had to chase it many times with awful communication back to me.

I think this company should be closed, as the basic requirements is not there , no customer service, not helping at all with the product, apparently they like the shoe box more the shoe inside. Rubbish,
Ideally they should be growing as a company but they are happy getting doomed with all the bad customers review.

Totally non existent customer service. Never answer phone. Never deal with issues. Over 1 month for incorrect item being sent, apparent replacement sent but not received… still no communication from them to resolve. Talked to Matt Wood on chat (if that is their real name) and nothing followed up.

Do not trust this company Very very poor customer service I ordered GM players edition bat played first game bat has been broken i have returned since 3 weeks no update from all round cricket team nobody help me i m expecting new bat or refund they ignored my emails paid lots of money now my season going without bat

When an order failed to arrive after two weeks I attempted to contact them. Impossible to get a response and live chat function appears to get turned off when you raise a complaint. No replies to numerous e-mails. Product was satisfactory when it eventually arrived ( after 3 weeks) but customer service non existent

Purchased a pair of sunglasses from this company and literally heard nothing for two weeks. I raised the complaint with PayPal and then received a phone call saying they had broken the glasses whilst packing, so they upgraded my order to a more expensive pair .Still nothing. If you’re looking for cricket gear I’d suggest any other retailer

Scammers who ignore you when things go wrong. Do not use allrounder cricket, they constantly run offers as their service is so poor no one would use them twice. We had an issue with a Gray Nichols bag that was faulty after our son used it. This was 5 months ago and they have simply ignored every message I’ve sent them since. I even messaged their MD personally as the bag was a present to our son from his late grandmother. No response. Charlatans that we will never use again.

Goods shipped with a courier (EVRI) not mentioned on their website. Shocking customer service and refused to give a refund when goods did not arrive. A complete sham.

Was looking for a specific pair of keeping gloves that appear to be out of stock across the country. Dealt with Matt W who searched the warehouse and both stores and managed to find what I was after. Then did his best to get them sent next day via courier. Couldn't ask for better service, will 100% go back to All Rounder again in the future.

if i could give this company a zero score it would be a to bigger score , totally incompatent company dont answer the phone , email ,messages take your money and you dont get your product , i have reported Allrounder cricket to Trading Standards they are a joke ,Stay away from them or shop at your peril

Please do not use this company, very high postal charges & refund processing is very very lengthy.

Wished I’d read reviews prior to falling for exclusive whatapp discount scam. Ordered and paid for stock item 29th April. Still await said goods. Why companies can’t just state not in stock up front to manage expectations.

Rubbish company arrived late and came two sizes to small SCAM!!!

This is another company that advertises item "in stock", but does not have them. Took payment from card, and then leaves you waiting. Customer service is rubbish, they simply do not care once they have your money.
