very fast delivery and everything for aquatics it was my first order after reccomendation but will use always again

I ordered the 3000 Litre Aquarium wavemaker / powerhead directly from their website. delivery was super quick, all within a couple days which was great. I didn't realise the product only came with a suction cup for attachment. However, after numerous attempts to get this to stick to the glass inside, it keeps falling off. It may stay put for 2 mins then fall, or a couple of hours and then fall. This then resulted in sand and coral blowing everywhere.

Reached out to customer service who replied really quick and I was told the market for this was separate, but they would send me one out no problem.

The next agent then told me I had to pay for this which was £14, so the same price i paid or the actual unit.

I raised the point i was told I was offered a magnet to be sent but I was told again by another agent I was misinformed and I would need to purchase.

Very dissapointed with the service received.

I ordered the AllPondSolutions 1000L/H + 9W UV Aquarium External Filter EF1+ × 1.

It’s a great product and excellent price. My one is a new model, it’s very quiet and was easy to install if you read the instructions first.
A little tip when priming the pump, make sure both the outlet and inlet are completely submerged in the tank water, this makes it a lot easier to prime and helps reduce air in the system. Over I am very happy so far with the pump.

It is with great disappointment I write this review.
I purchased a head unit for my filter system last November ( 2024 ) the said unit stopped working in December (2024) Allpond solutions made me jump through hoops to try and resolve the issue, all via email “ check this, take photos of that” over and over again, after countless emails they eventually agreed to send me out another unit, after 22 days of use, this unit went the very same way, the primer stoped working and it stop moving water, please bare in mind I have kept tropical fish for 28 years, I quickly purchased an Aquaone pump connected to to same pipe work (set up) and it’s functioning absolutely fine..
I have had the same procedure with the second unit, ( check this, take photos of that )over and over again, then allpondsolutions telling me the second unit has no warranty because i purchased the first unit last November,, I have all the emails to verify this.
All I can suggest to people is stay away from allpondsolutions, if your product breaks you are in for one hell of a ride,

Had exactly the product I wanted at a good price. Ordered, soon had a message it was on its way, but it didn't arrive. They were initially slow to respond but after a few days someone took it in hand, found out what had gone wrong (at their end), sorted it out and rapidly got my pump to me. Very good communication and a good pump made me change my review form the one star I first thought of to the 4 star which I now think they deserve

Received my order as requested the service was excellent, I would highly recommend this company they have great products at very reasonable prices. I have used them for all my pond products and would never go anywhere else first class service

I have used All Pond Solutions a few times now and have always had a positive experience. Their products are simple unfussy well priced and best of all work!!!

They are a good all round fish both aquarium and pond suppliers.

It wasn't a great experience but not a terrible experience. My items turned up a week later than expected and customer service was like trying to draw blood from a stone but I got my items. I would like the customer service team to be able to give their customers information whether it's positive or negative about the items they've purchased. If items are delayed tell us as telling them to just sit and wait is painful.

I purchased the 80cm Ultra Clear Glass Aquarium Fish Tanks - 140 Litre and it's what I expected, I reinforced the seals with Gold Label Underwater Sealant and glass corner clips just for piece of mind but the tanks good and the fish love it.

Overall 3 stars seems a underwhelming but the customer service has let it down.

Excellent company to deal with. I sent them a email to ask a question, they recognised I had a problem and offered to send parts out to sort it out, all free of charge. Courteous, helpful and would highly recommend

Received a faulty item - jumped through all the hoops to get a refund however they took a very long time to respond and requested a lot of evidence that the item was faulty, and in the end I couldn't get a refund as it was outside of the 30 day refund limit. Despite me notifying them it was faulty within the time limit, they have refused the refund. Poor customer service - but everything else I've experienced is good.

I purchased an external tank filter via Amazon. 1400EF it arrived 2 days early at my work address. Amazon left it on a public highway on a Sunday night. I have no doubt it was delivered because Amazon sent me a photograph. Anyhow needless to say by the time I arrived at work Monday morning the parcel was no where to be seen. I contacted all pond solutions via Amazon and after a small investigation and a few questions they agreed to give me a full refund. Their customer service was second to non. I have purchased similar items from them before and the products have arrived in good time and in great condition.

I bought a tank filter from them and it came next day i was so impressed I bought a second one

i had a complete break down of my pond filtration system i went online to allpondsolutions and bought another and they had it to me the next day, they know that certain pond things can be quite urgent, i have also bought many pond additives to combat blanket weed and improve water quality i definitely recommend them if you have a pond

Terrible customer service. Claim they will respond to you within one to three working days, but don't. If nothing by Friday (am) will go elsewhere as they are clearly doing so well, that they can throwaway sales/customers. How can a company to from excellent to terrible in less than two years.

Fantastic service, quick and easy delivery, ordered Thursday afternoon items were on my lap Saturday lunchtime.

Shocking company and steal your money. Bought a fish tank and it leaked. Sent it back which I had to pay for and now they only refunded me £27.50 instead of the full amount of £54.99 which they said they would refund the full amount.

They said it had been used and only want to give me half.

The tank was tested with quater of the water for leaks.

Shame I can't post the conversation and emails.

Bought a tank from the website, once it arrived I tested it for leaks. Behold it was leaking, not only that allpondsolutions decided that I'd have to pay for return postage even though its broken and not refund me the full amount.

The product provided failed in 3 days 3500L/H Fountain Pond Pump FPP-3500 . Went to returns web site to find that they had charged me to return a dangerous failed product.
The product tripped my electrics (RCD) and having spoken to an electrician found that the product was electricly faulty and obviously dangerous. The reply from Allpond so called experts ( its always about the Impeller) just a stupid responce having told them it was tripping RCD!
The quality of the Far Eastern probible manuafacture product left me worried that QC control was not a factor even though Mains Electric and Water provide the worst level of safety. Product used to add feature fountain product suspended 18" in 3 meters of water no weed or particles.
Passed my engineering knowledge as an aircraft avionics engineer to: Office for Product Safety and Standards & Trading Standards for the charge to refund and will be following up to identify response.
AllPond: please do not respond with your usual response as with most of the complaints you do nothing! and as for feefo my review above seemed to not get to your web site I wonder why?

Totally awful company.
Whilst I understand some things happen I don't understand why this company continues to fail on customer service and product quality. Substandard products and made to feel like I am the problem. Won't be using them ever again.
