I just wanted to say this was a great company. From what I can tell they never really recovered from the hit they took during Covid not only in quadrupling their shipping costs but just plain supplier unavailability. Its really a shame to see people label what was once the a #1 shipper for mowing parts a scam. They had been around since 2012 and I went to them several times over that period to order "hard to find" parts

I needed two STIHL chains but particularly wanted genuine Stihl not counterfeit chains. The All Mower Spares website confirmed "Stihl" and this was repeated on the invoice and delivery note. The chains I received were NOT Stihl. How do I know? The genuine article has "Stihl" embossed on each link as well as the chains being packaged in individual boxes. The chains I received had neither mark of providence.
I suggested that to make amends the company might like to supply the genuine article at no extra charge or at least refund my return postage. I did receive a refund but nothing to atone for their dishonesty.

Scammer Co. – STAY AWAY
Purchased in June 2023, almost a year later and never received anything, not even a refund!

Ordered a part June of 2023. Still no part. Wont answer emails.

strung along with feeble excuses for 6mths finally asked for refund obviously they've absconded with the loot back to their lair.

They did not deliver the parts ordered, would not respond to my email. They did not refund my money.

Voluntary administration is too good for this company. I ordered parts in December 2022. Some parts arrived and the majority of the order didn’t. Countless emails sent, messages sent but couldn’t contact them by phone. I gave up at the end but rejoiced with the news of this company shutting their doors.

OVER $400 ,I WAS SO STRESSED ABOUT THE SITUATION AND I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THESE ROBOTS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 78 years old, in Hamilton NZ. Been in several businesses in senior roles up to GM. I have never encountered a business so irresponsible and uncommunicative as this one. I paid them over $750 in July for parts that I have no idea whether I will ever see.
After very difficult times trying to phone them I finally got through to a lady who appeared to be helpful and sympathetic and said she would follow-up but it was all Aussie bovine scatology. Multiple emails either not answered or answered with cut and paste marketing hype and no substance. It's a bit far for me to row over and sort them out. I am going to put this onto my Mastercard Fraud Squad to see if they can help. Can't access their web site today; I guess they have taken it down.

Don't buy anything from All Mower Spares. I ordered $300 worth of parts back in May. It's now almost November and I've received nothing for my money. Every time I contact them they tell me that the parts are still coming and give me a different date. When those dates pass I receive no communication from them unless I email them, then new dates are issued, which then come and go. I don't know what kind of a scam All Mower Spares is, but DO NOT BUY from these scum.

I have been waiting for 7 months for the part I ordered, they are not responding to emails or messages, & are no longer answering their phone. Chances are they will not respond to your phone calls or emails either once they have your money.

Yip just like everyone else has said these guys are scammers, ordered products on 1st August that had to be ordered in, but no show on the estimated delivery date or replying to emails or calls. Interesting how they have all part numbers etc for major brand products, very blatant scam.

Dirty mongrels took my money without sending me the product.

Absolutely disgusting scammers. No product for over a month but they said it’s in the warehouse ready for despatch. Sent another email with no reply. Just saw they’ve gone into administration so guess no product now and no refund. Dog act!

Scammers , take orders with no intention to supply. They return emails with dribble, initially and then stop communicating.
Dont ever buy from them!

Refunds are accepted but the money never arrives in the bank.

Why can't you give 0 stars. Do not buy from them. They take your money and do not send anything. NSW Fair Trading are WELL AWARE of them and are in the process of taking further action.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a pretend business, you purchase, you pay, they take your money and do not send your order. Then they don't respond to your emails etc. Read all the Google reviews. Any reviews larger than 1 star are robots.
