The service provided from reception to the lady that made me a coffee after my scan was exceptional.
Once I was escorted into the side room, Maria made me feel like I was the only person in the department. She was attentive and extremely polite when filling out the forms.
When I was called through to the scan room, the staff in there were no different, attentive, polite and very friendly. They made me laugh with the signs they did through the glass for Coffee, I asked what the sign would be for Hot Chocolate, we had a giggle when she showed me.
Overall, it was a very fluid process, which made the whole experience very relaxing and stress free.

The only thing I would recommend is some sort of entertainment in the room whilst waiting the hour for the liquid to do its thing. Either a TV or radio to choose from, an hour is a long time when there’s a clock above the door.

Please read this to the staff that were on duty on 26/3/25 to show my appreciation of their amazing service.

Hardly any wait, staff friendly and very professional, clean and tidy everywhere...would recommend to anyone who has the option to have their scan there.

Took me 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails trying to book my scan to no avail. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to a patient waiting to learn if they have cancer or not.

For the second time before the pet scan Norwich n&n hospital this lot messed up, as I require NHS nurse for a canula as horrible to find my vains. Friday had a person ring me from wiggan told her on the phone I was hard to canulate she said no probs will let them know
And quess what they bloody did not so got to go back on Thurs again terrible organisation skills

Had a PETCT in Guildford and I am Not impressed, I had a PETCT months ago, and as I am under a number of consultants so I needed to get a copy of the images to share with them. They refused to provide them on a CD and instead send them encrypted in a zip file which I cannot open. This was a BUPA funded scan and this debacle has been going on for months now, what's the point in having a scan then not being able to see the results.

I was referred by my chiropractor for an MRI on my pelvis/SIJ, and received an appointment at Taunton Diagnostic Centre within a few days of being contacted.

I admit to being extremely apprehensive about the procedure, as not only am I unable to lie flat on my back without being in some serious pain, I also suffer from claustrophobia.

I needn't have worried: the table was covered in a soft mattress, my head was protected by soft foam and was raised, causing less strain on my back. There were also arm resst for my comfort, and a wedge to go under my knees. I felt surprisingly comfortable during the entire scan.

As for claustrophobia - a mirror on the ceiling of the tube reflected a screen on the back wall where graphics of a soothing nature scene were displayed, with fluffy clouds, flying birds and moving hot air balloons. This meant that not once did being in the enclosed space bother me.

I was looked after extremely well, from the moment I arrived in reception to the moment I left. Sam, Donna and Pravin made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and explained everything very well to me. I cannot recommend the service enough.

This morning we drove 20 miles to Ashford Kent and arrived at 9.30 for 10 am appointment for a PET-CT scan only to be told they they had the medication but the person who has to 'sign it off' has been delayed and won't be in until 11.30 - and then there are three appointments before my wife's ( We can hardly believe this last bit because 3 before hers which was at 10 am seems very unlikely!?)

We had no text message, no email and no phone call at all from them this morning which would have saved us a long drive. They told us we can wait or rearrange the appointment but as my wife was hungry already (having been told to 'fast') we decided to rearrange for another day.

My wife was somewhat apprehensive about the scan anyway and this has added to her stress. Not happy at all.

I had a self/referred MRI done a week ago - very professional staff - clean and very modern environment - phone call informing me scan results not great followed by written reports and access to images.
Thoroughly recommended.

Got my abdominal mri done privately, as pain in gallbladder was unreal and waiting list for ultrasound trough nhs was too long. So i went, mri done. Results came back clear( no gallstones or any changes in gallbladder). At that point was on 8 cocodamols a day for pain. Flew to Poland, got an appointment with surgeon plus ultrasound to find out my gallbladder is full of microstones. Dont know what to think.. £350 wasted.

The manager was very rude and demanding.
Saying that a life saving scN had to be payed up front.
Tha Adomanal scN was 280 euros
I did not have the money on me
and nobody told me that I had to pay on the day.
So my uncle had to pay up front or they were not going to do the scan
This was a very important scan those people have no sympathy or compaction all she cared about was the momey
But would she turn one of her family or best friends away.
No she just pic and chuse.
These private / and public clinics only care about the money
On till its one of their own.

Very unprofessional. Appointment booked at Harley Street for open MRI, receptionist could not answer any of my questions then failed to email me the details.
First appointment was cancelled by phone call the night before and second appointment made for 3 weeks later. Second appointment cancelled in the same way. I found an alternative centre to have my scans; would strongly advise against using Alliance Medical Centre.

I had a MIR scan on 27 sep 2023 paid £580.00 ,I was told that the report would be sent to my Dr,s within 4 to 6 hours which thought that's very good now nearly week later it has not been sent my Dr,s and as yet I keep chasing it up and I keep being told the report has been sent but my Dr,s still has not received it .I also was told that I can not have a report sent to me as it has to go back to my Doctor even though I have paid privately.
This is unacceptable and I advise you not to use Alliance Medical Ltd

I had an open MRI today, the phonecall was yesterday to book! Less than a week from the referral to be booked in. I went in and came out without any anxiety or stress. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Very professional. Understandably that results will only go to the physician that ordered them. Very happy with my experience.

Not sure why this has so little reviews and so bad, maybe they changed their name? I'll leave mine. I had a scan done at the Marylebone center. The experience was good, from beginning to end. The booking process was easy and I was admitted on time. The person who performed the scan was friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions. The scan report was sent back to referrer about a day and a half after the scan.

I've had steroid injection on my shoulder, and absolute waste of time. I am also doubtful about their medical treatment experience and, they are negligent and not so professional. It would be better, if they practice as imaging service .

They were the receivers of a medical exam I took. When I called them to ask for them, the lady on the phone was incredibly disrespectful and kept saying that she couldn't give me my exams.

No solution was given other than just saying that it was not their responsibility to give me the results, which goes against GDPR regulations (patients have the right to their medical exams).

Pamphlet in the waiting room says results are turned around in two days. 10 days later and mine are still not done. Very poor service from a healthcare company dealing with cancer.
