The online experience was great, the order was fulfilled on time and the product was easy to install. First rate experience.

I ordered a lock assembly for an On-Q media panel, a part I strangely couldn't find anywhere else online. The item arrived very quickly, was well-packaged, and was a breeze to install. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this store.

They had the best price I could find on this AV Rack I wanted for our new home build. Especially because of shipping. Unfortunately a change in the floor plan resulted in the rack not fitting and that's when their customer service kicked in. They went above and beyond. Great communication and service lessened the disappointment of not being able to use the Middle Atlantic rack. They've earned a loyal customer.

Great experience overall. The website was easy to navigate through. I found exactly what I needed. Prices were reasonable and the shipping was fast. 5 stars all the way. Thanks

The product was easy to locate and did populate on searches using part#. The product was delivered on time - no fuss.

Good price for this product. Delivered in timely manor.

Easy to find the exact part we needed and it was actually in stock as described. Shipping was fast and accurate. Will not hesitate to order from them again.

Product was perfect match for my doorbell. Easy install. Shipped to me quickly through ups

One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. they take an order and then say it is on back order. Why take an order when you are out of stock. they do not communicate for weeks and when asked repeatedely claim they have it in stock and will ship " as soon as possible" which means when they wake up. Several emails later after being pushed consistently they ship and it is the wrong product. Now I cannot login to the account and cannot return the product. Do not buy from them, do not deal with them.

Ordering process was smooth, easy and simple. Order arrived in about 7 days in good packaging. Item works just great! Highly recommended.
