Karen was really helpful and patient to deal with at the outset.
We had a few teething issues with the gate settling in but Karen and her team sorted it out very quickly which is a testament to their customer services. Really happy with the gates and railings. 100% would recommend All About Gates.

Excellent service
Karen was very helpful. After obtaining parts her engineers solved and carried out a difficult repair on my heavy electric drive gate, professionally with excellent results.
Great service, friendly staff would definitely recommend.

They were sympathetic through the customers financial circumstances and accepted readily a change in the work. Using Allaboutgates.
We have recently started using Allabout gates for servicing and dealing with problems to our two sets of gates and a glass sliding door, this was probably the best decision we made. Allabout gates are extremely responsive to our needs and handle any problems or enquiries with uptmost professionalism.

Installation of drive gares
Genuine, family style company that fabricates all their own installations. Approach is straightforward and provides advice when required. Any issues that did arise with the installation but were dealt with immediately and without question, a sign of a reputable company.

Responsive, good communication, reasonably priced
Karen and the team were helpful, responsive and prompt from our very first contact to resolve an issue with our electric gates (gates were purchased/fitted by a different supplier who had proven unreliable in following up). Prices were reasonable and the engineer was polite, professional and trustworthy and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts were ordered and electrics/gates were fixed shortly after (on date of this review). Communication was very good throughout. I would recommend this company.
