Robin Norton was extremely helpful to work with. Personable, knowledgeable, and detailed in his approach and deliverables. He helped my wife and I navigate situations that were signficantly more complex than we first imagined, especially given we had defined contribution, defined benefit, and retirement annuity accounts, and no UK bank account or other UK presence. He was patient in helping us understand the various options that were available to us and the known costs and benefits to each, allowing us to make our own decision and not feel "sold to" at any point.
