I made a purchase online which was very straightforward but also had to call soon afterwards the person was very helpful and answered my question quickly. My package arrived soon afterwards. I have to say that the company and it's staff are very efficient.
I have since sent them an email which I am awaiting a reply.
Very happy 😊.

Easy checkout and fast postage as always

Great product, great price and quick delivery which was fully tracked.
Thanks.

Quick dispatch, great selection of stuff and great prices.

Friendly staff no problems when answering questions ect. Would recommend the shop to anyone.

Never had an issue with Airsoft world, normally cheaper than other sites. Would always check them before looking elsewhere if something wasn't in stock.

Item is delivered exactly when expected

I purchased a very expensive replica from Airsoft World and almost immediately experienced problems with it. When I contacted them, they offered to have a look to see if they could diagnose the issue, which within a few days they did. Faulty additional magazines were exchanged for fresh ones with zero fuss
Always support your local retailer as you can’t get this service over the internet

Excellent staff, great communication. Really helpful when buying my son's birthday presents (I literally have no clue about all this stuff🤣). Speedy delivery and well packaged. Would highly recommend

No after sales communication your money is taken then they keep quiet

Great staff and great service first class and great chat about the airsoft rifle I bought a Bolt gbb

Great customer service with updates on the ordering & delivery process.
Out of all the airsoft retailers I've dealt with over the last couple of years Airsoft World is definitely within the top 2.
I would recommend whole heartedly.

Great company to deal with very fast delivery good communications

Great service, great product. Five out of five 👍

Product (2 vfc mags) were in great condition, exactly as described. Arrived very quickly and the price was great. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered on Monday and had my kit by Thursday that week. Extremely quick and professional service

Item showed as dispatched on 24 hour service, no communication from site after 5 days, no update on tracking, royal mail said they had not yet received the package. (EDIT) Order re sent after speaking with the store and delivered, turns out it was royal mail losing things as per, Not great at answering tickets on the site, much better off ringing the store for any issues.
