The check in process was lengthy as someone was having issues and only one staff member was available to deal with it so it kept everyone waiting for quite a long time. Finding a space was simple. Parking area was clearly signed etc. We didn't have any idea what the ticket was for, as it wasn't explained, it only became clear on our return as it was for the bus access. Buses were 25 minutes apart, which we found too long of a wait compared to Manchester airparks service at 10 minute intervals. Our first time using Birmingham airparks, we won't be in a hurry to use it again, its position is quite far away from the airport too. It doesn't meet our expectations for the cost.

I used PremiAir CarPark 2 at Edinburgh airport. The spaces are advertised as wide, they are not as spaces appear to have been redrawn to make room for more vehicles.
Bus to and from the airport is NOT regular and only one small bus runs. The bus was overcrowded, the passenger luggage was stored in the isle, which hindered passengers trying to get off the bus. We waited 30 minutes at the airport to be picked up. The driver allowed for to many people and luggage on such a small but. It was not safe, it was dangerous!!
This company knows the volume of people they need to transfer and times as we give this information on booking so should plan for busy periods.
The service they provided is less than 1 Star. I would not recommend and we won’t use them again!!

Easy access an exit(traffic excepting). Transfer bus drivers helpful and proactive, ( a police incident was causing busses to re-route).

Good location and price. Getting very very busy and finding a space getting difficult, often now well away from entrance. In poor weather long walk to get to sheltered walkway

Great parking. A little bit of space for a larger car, but overall good. The bus was right away, both ways before departure and after arrival. We will definitely use it more than once

Great service. I haven't got a bad word to say after two great experiences. On the first occasion we had a vehicle change due to an mechanical problem and with a quick phone call the staff had me sorted in no time. Can't recommend enough.

Great service, very clear instructions. Shuttle bus to airport smooth- bus was waiting for us when we parked. On arrival- bus stop outside terminal only had to wait a few mins for bus even at 2am. Flight was 2 hrs late but no problem. Car parked very close to pick up point in car park

Very quick transfers with hardly any waiting at all

Meet and greet at Stansted works like a well-oiled machine. Quick and easy car and key drop off, very pleasant staff in car parks and reception and efficient pick up.

Easy to get to just off the A8 plenty of spaces ( it always looks full) good pick up drop off, great price.

Booked well in advance for the parking at Glasgow Airport . Advised 2 weeks prior to departure that the parking facility would not be open for 10th August. Had to seek alternative.

Easy to book. I had put a 0 instead of an o for the reg so the gate couldn't read it, however the issue was delt with quickly at the gate.

It was busy on the way back and we had to wait for the next bus (hight of school hols), the drivers were very helpful letting us know when our next bus would arrive, apologising (no need) and helping people with luggage.

We have used this service a few times and each time the driver has been helpful and kind.
