I had a problem with my shipment. The GLS parcel services software was indicating that the parcel has been delivered even though I did not receive my order. The Airinium customer support was very prompt with their response to my inquiry made through their shop’s customer support interface. They have contacted GLS and managed to locate the parcel and organised smooth handover of the parcel to me. Great, supportive and prompt service!

I had received two boxes of defective items. The customer service representative was prompt to resolve the issue. After providing photos of items she immediately re-ordered and mailed. I appreciate her thoroughness and think it’s the best customer service I’ve had in years. I love airinum products and am happy to be a customer.

I ordered 2 of the Airinum Urban 2.0 masks for my sons as its looking very likey that NZ teenage school students will have to wear masks at school in level 2. When I got the confirmation I realised I had entered the address incorrectly. I contacted customer service and they where excellent, fast response and the address was updated straight away. We received the masks today (5 business days) and to be honest its like unboxing an iPhone. The attention to detail and presentation is awesome, you are unpacking a premium product. The Masks are well made and great quality, they are comfortable to wear and well worth the money especially with the current promotion of 25% off and free extra filters. We have now ordered another two for my wife and I. Excellent product, well worth the money and highly reccomended.

I needed help with a return for a refund. I got a response quickly with all the instructions on how to return my items. Great customer service!

I bought one of the light air masks last week and loved it so much I bought another one this week. Then realised if I also bought one for my son I'd get free shipping to NZ. It was such easy communication to cancel the original order and replace it with the 2 masks. The masks are SO comfortable and found the sizing was right on. Masks aren't mandatory here for exercising so I use it without the filter for those occasions when not many people around. Love the product.

Despite using the sizing guide provided on the website, when I received the mask it was too small. Having followed the simple instructions to request an exchange via email, I was advised it wouldn’t be possible to have the product exchanged in the case of it being worn. I’m not exactly sure how you’re meant to determine fit without actually trying it on! I understand that due to hygiene reasons it’s not possible to reuse/resell the mask I’ve received, but if the likes of Apple provide “no questions asked” exchanges in similar cases, you’d hope that a new company like Airinum would do the same to build customer loyalty. It’s a shame - I actually liked the quality of the product, but it’s simply too small. Without the ability to exchange for a size that I’ll gladly wear, you’ve lost a potential advocate for your brand.

One of the best mask on the market. The Urban 2.0 is a must. It’s more comfortable in the nose area than Cambridge mask. The Lite Air Mask is my go I
to when I fly on a plane.

Solid product, solid customer service.

I got one for me and one for my daughter. It feels nice on the face but geeze I can hardly breathe. I literally wanted to pass out wearing it. The filter is also very thick, worsening the air flow. I would not risk it on my daughter.

Good customer service, I had an issue with the masks sizing which they resolved it quickly.

Ordered mask for my son, after charging and saying shipment was sent, they emailed me saying that they were out of the color I had ordered. Then I’ve been emailing them back to get another color but no one is getting back to me with a clear response. I keep telling them I’ve chosen a different color yet they keep asking me the same question. It FRUSTRATING. No phone number to call amd takes a day for them to get back to me. It’s for my son and for school and now it’s already been so long. It’s irritating.

Not a good mask for children. Also if you buy on website they do not offer and returns or exchanges, so if you don't like the mask or it doesn't fit well you will just be out the $. I ordered the 2.0 for my daughter and took her measurements and ordered based on the size guide. It doesnt fit, squeezes her ears and gets stuck in her hair and is very uncomfortable. Would definitely not recommend.

I bought masks and filters for my family about a month ago. I have waited to have time to evaluate the masks, service, and comparable vendors.
In reverse order... I found no vendors that even come close to the quality and thoroughness of Airinum. There was an issue with my address with this and another vendor. Airinum (Shirley Law) assuaged my concerns quickly and politely. They gave me a date for arrival and I received everything in good order on the day. The other vendor (involving much more money has yet to deliver and begins ever email with ("i am sorry"). I have compared the Airinum service with all other vendors that I have used and they are the best, by any measure, that I have used.
Finally, the product is exactly as advertised...great quality, great fit, and an excellent product. As an asthma patient and past Vice-Chairman of a 600 bed hospital, I believe this to be the best and most economical mask available. "If you buy the best - you only cry once". Thank you, Byron

This is a joke, I think all positive reviews are from manufacturer
First of all, it looks nothing like the photos on website
The mask material is low quality and the filter under it will not sit properly no matter what
Packaging is top notch and so is the advertising but the mask itself is NOT
This mask is not worth $15, I though for $100 I'll get top quality
Waste of time and money

This is a complete ripoff. The mask is nothing like the pictures, it's flimsy cloth, the sizing is wrong, and it has VALVES! Completely USELESS as a covid mask. The mask is worth maybe $15, they just want to keep selling you overpriced filters like it was an inkjet printer. They won't refund me either, so I"m disputing with my card for false advertising. AVOID THIS JUNK.

I ordered a medium size mask and was sent a small one which only fitted my chin! I emailed them and got an acknowledgement of help and thereafter NOTHING! COMPLETE SILENCE! despite repeated attempts.
