Avoid at all costs
I placed an order for the Maheen outfit in rust as seen on the website. Sent the size as requested by the team. The video approval was not shown prior to dispatching despite asking several times ( this is heavily emphasised on their website)
The order arrived on time , however the length was shorter than asked. Ainn London responded that I chose size meduim ; if you look at the size chart the length is not stated whether it's a custom order or standard size, hence why the team asked my size but it was still short.
The other concern was the colour , it's not a shade lighter it's totally different. Ainn London again refuse to acknowledge that and responded it's the "studio lighting" : from a bold rust colour to a pale pink/ gold.
The difference is obvious. I also ordered a separate dupatta with embroidery ( charged £65) but instead of embroidery they put a gota on. They've not taken any consideration that the wedding is close by , and take any actions to resolve this. Instead ignored my messages initially. Honestly worst service ever avoid at all costs.
