Packed
First buy and came packed securely. Boxed full of Styrofoam, bubble wrap and even cardboard. Was just the one item but it's well protected. Wrapped with bubble wrap and even a cardboard hard back covering for the thin card.

2 Hot Wheels / Delivered In Perfect Manner
I Bought Two Hot Wheels and everything from Purchasing to Delivery was smooth. The Good thing i liked the Most is the communication between the buyer and seller regarding the delivery and all. This model arrived loose in its plastic box which was cracked. Half the front bumper was missing. Obviously the model had been removed from its box.
Very disappointed.

UPDATE 29th April - customer has received a replacement model which has arrived safely with them.

My reply to the customer a few minutes after receiving their email to let me know of the damage. Replacement model already on order and will be sent to them as soon as I receive it.
Hi John, very disappointed to hear you have not received the model in perfect condition, it was certainly all fine when it was packaged up so has obviously had some extremely rough transport by the Royal Mail which I apologise for. I have sold out of this model at present but I do have fresh stock already on order which should arrive with me next week. As soon as they arrive I will get a replacement out to you. In the meantime would you mind emailing me a couple of photos of the damage to the model/case please so I can forward onto the Royal Mail, I would be very grateful.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused, I will get this rectified for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Jeff

I’m a fairly new fan of Formula 1 and decided to start a small collection of Spark 1:5 scale helmets to present in my home office.
AGR Models was one of the only places that had some stock of Spark helmets from previous years that were selling them at a normal retail price and not trying to inflate the price due to limited availability elsewhere.
I was given an update to my order to let me know that they were able to ship my order sooner than expected and it arrived well packaged and undamaged,
I was going to say that I would definitely order from them again but I actually already have ordered another replica scale helmet. Great family run business and happy to support.
