The online ordering process was clear and easy to navigate with speed of delivery being essential as this was for my Son and Daughter in law returning from Australia. Alex and Rachel pulled out all the stops to complete and deliver in plenty of time. On opening up the parcel, which was packaged generously and securely, I was so happy when I saw the quality of the product, it was perfect. Firstly, I have to comment on the excellent service provided! I did not check my order correctly and my order was delivered to my old home address. I did not realise this initially and it was Alex’s very quick response to my query that highlighted the issue of my missing order. A call to my old neighbour and I’ve now picked up my order. The quality is excellent and I know my daughter and son-in-law will love it! Such a fabulous idea for an anniversary gift! So delighted with the product and service…thank you!

I ordered this as a gift for my fiancee ahead of our wedding. It arrived well protected and packages very nicely. The gift itself was really lovely and the locations on the design are perfect. I messaged Alex about adding coordinates for one of the maps as it’s a very specific location and they got it spot on.
