We have reviewed your purchase history since registration. In your first order, you did not select the “Ticket” option.
When this option is not selected, the system defaults to a betting format (result-based participation).
Under this option:
- A physical lottery ticket is not purchased.
- The bet is insured through an insurance company.
- Therefore, there is no physical ticket and no scanned copy to provide.
This format is clearly described in our Terms & Conditions.
2. About ticket purchase timing and scan delivery
Not all lottery services purchase tickets within 2–3 hours of an order, and not all send scans by email immediately after purchase.
As stated in our Terms:
- The ticket is purchased strictly before the draw.
- The scanned copy is uploaded to the personal account.
- The customer receives email notifications:
1) confirming the order,
2) confirming when the scan is uploaded (if applicable),
3) and confirming the draw results.
We do not manually email scanned copies on demand at 4 a.m. The process follows the service rules as was clarified above.
