The new catering arrangements detract from the enjoyment of the crossing. I dont want a MacDonalds experience when choosi ng what I WANT. THE QUIET ZONE seems a good idea

They need to fix the seats in the quiet room. Duty free is OK but many alcoholic items can be bought as cheap in the UK, Wine selection is poor if you know your wines.

Club lounge has gone down hill very fast . Definitely not worth the £29 you pay

Awful. 8 hr wait for ferry ( arrived 3pm, left 11.15) with total chaos throughout. Virtually no staff , each giving conflicting advice, they made a difficult situation much much worse. It’s was just post Bank hold, but DFDS & Irish Ferries were not having any problems. Desperate.

Comfortable and due to travelling overnight the quiet lounge was ideal.

Food was poor. Stood Around waiting for over 30 mins just to get some hot food that the caterers were desperately trying to make for the passengers. Why on earth would they not have prepped it before everyone came on board? Toilets were smelly and not clean which wasn’t nice. Staff were clueless about every question that was asked. P&O was better 30 years ago honestly
