Had AFC for about three years, every claim is argued!!
they will always find a reason not to pay!!
Then they called to ask about renewing, no way, no how!!

The person who helped me sign up was not only curteous,but went out of his way to see that everything I needed to have covered, was covered.

Taling with Braeden Jones, with him explaining the various plans of home warranty made it easy to understand. He explained how a home warranty worked, it made easy understand. He answered all the questions I had.

I just purchased a house and the previous owner purchased the warranty for us, it makour transition more easy and smoother.

He explained everything to me. I hope he didn’t make any false promises.

I had been with AHS for 25 years. Left them because of their service the last few years. I spoke with Jesse concerning these problems and he put my concerns at ease. Jesse was great. Knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Jesse also helped my daughter to sign up for her plan. I greatly appreciate the help. Thank you.

When they asked me to fill out the review, I thought it was for a completely different format, then with AFC warranty for my home if I had realized that I would not have given it such a poor score as the person that I spoke to that told me the warranty was just I believe well informed and helpful in making my decision and I’m sorry my score seems so low as it really had nothing to do with AFC warranty because if it did, I would’ve never given it such a low score as I believe their service is very good and they customer relationship is very knowledgeable and understanding in helping to make a correct decision for warranties for your home and I humbly apologize for the no score that was given as it had to do with I thought loan agency not my Home Warranty service so again, please forgive me as I believe I have chosen a good Home Warranty Service and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me make comparisons with others that I could have chosen instead, but I’m glad I did not and again I humbly apologize as I was thinking of about a loan agency that they were asking about they got the low scores that were given not my Home Warranty service!

First, after waiting a week to be seen by a technician, I found out that labor and removal were not covered. After giving it some thought I decided to purchase the appliance and have the appliance replaced by the appliance company. Once I submitted the documents were submitted to get the refund for the unit itself. It took over 3 weeks to get my check and it had my last name on it twice and I could not deposit it. Then 2 calls to get a replacement check and then 1 call telling me it was now being sent by ACH. I still have not received my credit for the appliance (which was not much). I have paid premiums for over 2 years with AHS and this is my first claim in that time and will be my last as soon as I can obtain coverage elsewhere.

Great communication and very knowledgeable. If they didn’t have the answers they found someone that did.

I've had them for almost a year. The first issue is that I can't find any company willing to work with them. Had a washing machine that needed repairs. They couldn't find anyone to come out and fix it. Every company I called said they won't work with them because they will find some reason not to pay. They only wanted to deal with me. I paid out of pocket to get it fixed and like the companies all said I was denied my so called reimbursement. Next my sump pump broke. Again no companies would work with them. They said find someone and I would be reimbursed which I did. My reimbursement was denied again because we can't read the serial numbers of a 30 year sump pump that's been under water. Ridiculous.. now I've been waiting on the cancelation email they were supposed to send so I can cancel this scam. Paying $70 a month and they don't fix a damn thing. They will find a way not to pay. Believe me.

Patrick was excellent. He gave us an overall review of AFC and explained the coverage.

Jesse was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and sent me the information I needed to make an informed decision.
