I recently traveled to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest with this agency, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire trip was very well-planned, and everything was executed seamlessly.

Our tour manager, Keith, was truly exceptional—always helpful, polite, approachable, and available whenever we needed guidance or assistance. The driver also deserves praise for driving safely throughout and for sharing useful information along the way.

The local guides in each city were wonderful—friendly, hospitable, and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed everywhere we went.

A special mention to Delma from customer service, who was extremely supportive right from the moment I inquired about the trip, through the visa process, and even checked in on me during the journey. She also followed up after I returned to make sure everything went as promised. That level of care really stood out.

The hotels chosen were excellent—clean, safe, and perfectly located. The pre-trip briefing from the office team was also very informative and helped set the right expectations.

I also opted for additional tours to Dresden and Salzburg, which were very well-organized and added great value to my trip. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated the sense of security and companionship throughout—I always felt I was in safe hands with the agency’s staff and fellow travelers.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this experience and will definitely be returning to this agency for my future holidays. They offer a wide range of customizable travel options, and they deliver on everything they promise. Highly recommended!

All started from a quick discussion to tour to Swizz Paris. All things happened in place by AFC team Althea . Thanks to her and AFC Visa team assisted in getting Visa in short time. Tour itinerary of 7 days was perfect to explore the important spots. Thanks to Mr. Sushanth and the Colleagues wo took us safely and timely to explore each spots. He briefed us about each day and important things to do in the spot. This trip had given us more friends to cherish with. Thanks once again to AFC team made our trip memorable. Our Paris, Germany, and Switzerland journey on 16 Aug 2025 was everything we hoped for and more, all thanks to AFC. However, the only unfortunate part of our otherwise wonderful tour was the lunch arranged at Monte Carlo restaurant in Paris.

Feedback on Monte Carlo Restaurant:

We were a group of 29 travelers who visited the restaurant in August 2025 and unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome.There was no greeting or polite communication from the staff, and the service throughout was lacking in basic courtesy.

The food quality was extremely poor, and the staff behavior was unprofessional—rude, loud, and visibly impatient. The overall hygiene and environment were also concerning, leaving many of us uncomfortable.

This was the only negative aspect of our entire trip, and I sincerely request AFC to not to include this restaurant in future itineraries. It not only reflects poorly on an otherwise excellent tour but could also pose a potential health risk to travelers.

Our trip to Paris, Germany, and Switzerland on 16 Aug 2025 was absolutely flawless, thanks to our exceptional tour manager, Nadeem.
His incredible planning, attention to detail, and dedication exceeded every expectation.

Exploring Paris—the City of Light, of love, beauty, and romance—was made even more meaningful by Nadeem’s insightful commentary on its museums, historical monuments, and, of course, the magnificent Eiffel Tower. His in-depth knowledge brought each site to life and allowed us to appreciate the city in a truly memorable way.

Nadeem’s thoughtful coordination, prompt responses to our questions, and genuine care ensured that our journey through Germany and Switzerland was completely stress-free. From our departure to our return home, everything was seamlessly managed.

We (with family) recently visited to Europe with AFC Holidays covering France, Germany, and Switzerland was a memorable and unforgettable experience. From the scenic landscapes, cultural highlights, heavy rain fall, snow fall, cozy whether of France, Switzerland and Germany. Every part of this trip was meticulously organized by AFC holidays and well delivered by Tour leader Mr. Nadeem and coach driver Mr. Kris.
Well Mr. Nadeem was the heart of this tour, he is knowledgeable, calm, professional, well-disciplined, incredibly patient. His insights into the France, Switzerland and Germany history and culture brought this trip closer to our heart. He managed the group with warmth, precision, and good humor, making sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the journey. His leadership was truly commendable. Since it was a group tour and we were 6 families with two solo travelers, it was not easy to maintain the time and cover the entire trip. But no matter the situation or schedule, he handled everything with grace and professionalism. Each day was properly planned and well executed. Although it was summer, the time and schedule were planned and executed so well that we were in position to see the good amount snow fall at Jungfrau, and so we enjoyed each and every destination with scheduled time.
The best part was he handled the entire team so nicely that everyone was listening to him and following his direction naturally. He acted as leader, guide, member and so he was very much part of the team during our visit. He was well prepared, had all the detailed information, be it Paris, Fragonard Museum, Persian culture, Disneyland, Zurich, Lindt chocolate, Titisee, Freiburg, Interlaken, Jungfrau, Rhine falls, mount Titlis and several other places.
It was our first trip to Europe, and we had lots of thoughts and concerns, but Mr. Nadeem made this trip smooth, well managed and because of him, now we are tempted to plan more tours in future, in group. His coordination with entire crew was so nice and comfortable that we all felt like a family trip.
Since this entire trip was based on travelling through Coach drive, I wish to give credit for the success of this trip to Mr. Kirs. He was our coach driver, the coach was so nice with Wi-Fi connection, and each seat was having charging point. Mr. Kris driving was so smooth in mountain area, during rain and long drive from Paris to Zurich, that we felt relaxed and we really enjoyed the trip without any surprises and issues. The enjoyment was enhanced by Mr. Kris driving.
A small suggestion to AFC Holidays: Please consider arranging direct flights instead of connecting ones, especially for long journeys, to make the travel experience more convenient and less tiring.
A big thank you to AFC Holidays for putting together such a well-organized tour, and special appreciation to Mr. Nadeem for making it so smooth, fun, and truly enriching.
I highly recommend AFC and trust me, if you got Mr. Nadeem as your tour guide then you are lucky one.

This was our second experience with AFC Holidays. A big, big shout out to Alhianna and Delma for all their sincere efforts in organizing a wonderful holiday for us. Their warm hospitality from the very start made our experience memorable. The accommodation selected were comfortable and well maintained with warm, friendly service especially at Maran Paran, Masai Mara.However, the itinerary felt quite packed, leaving no time to truly enjoy and relax in the beautiful properties we stayed at. It would have been perfect if there was time to soak in the lovely atmosphere. The food too could have been better.
Overall, it was an incredible experience.

I have done multiple trips with AFC. I have found them to be reliable. The good thing is they get the key things right in their escorted group trips, even though there might be the occasional minor hiccups.

My recent trip to Japan went well overall. The itinerary was well thought out, and the local guide in Japan, Mr. Joe, made our trip enjoyable.
Ms. Allhianna, who was the travel consultant, helped me book this holiday and ensured I got the promotional benefits. Ms. Althea Tigas from the Customer Experience team was always responsive and solved any issues or doubts without delay. My thanks to both of them.

In AFC's escorted group trips, hotels are mostly well chosen except in some cases (e.g., Osaka in Japan trip, Nairobi in Kenya trip). But, most importantly, when things go wrong on the trip due to situations beyond anyone's control (e.g., road closures due to heavy snow in Georgia), AFC arranged good alternative accommodations for everyone and adapted the itinerary with minimum disruption.

One area that has improved over the past 3 years, but still requires significant improvement, is clarity in communication. Again, the good thing is that any confusion that arises generally gets addressed once you bring it up with the AFC team, even if it takes a little bit of time.

The trip was well planned and organized, Special followup and service provided by AFC team from visa assistance till trip completion. Thank you To Haider Ali and Alex for their follow-ups and Nadeem the tour manager for wonderfully managing the whole trip.

AFC did a great Job, starting from assesment of our profile till Visa Approval and Visa stamping on Passports.
AFC has a great Visa team, they've a very smooth process and friendly Visa processing Team, arranging all documents, filling application forms, submitting it, taking Approval for Biometrics. Always ready to answer your queries/clarify your doubts quickly.

Our Kenya Masai Mara Trip with AFC Holidays

This was our very first trip with AFC Holidays, and honestly — we had a great time! The whole holiday was nicely organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Special mention to Delma Riyona Dsouza and Inayath our trip coordinators — they were super prompt, responsive, and made sure things were on track.

Highlights:

Masai Mara & Nyahururu Stays: Absolutely fabulous! MaraParan Camp in Masai Mara and The Panari Resort in Nyahururu were top-notch — great atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Guides: Huge thanks to Lawrence and Jacob — they were knowledgeable, patient, and made the safaris extra fun.

Food & People: No complaints here — good variety, tasty meals, and warm hospitality.

What Could Be Better:

The first hotel in Nairobi (Panari Hotel) was honestly below average. Not really up to the mark compared to the rest of the trip.

The itinerary was super packed — felt like we were just arriving at hotels to sleep and then moving again. I think adding at least one extra day for rest would make the experience much more relaxing.

There should be an AFC representative inside Nairobi airport. We had to wait around 2.5 hours outside for other group members, which wasn’t the best way to start a trip.

Overall:
We had an amazing time exploring Kenya and the Masai Mara, and we’d happily travel with AFC again — just hope they tweak the itinerary a bit to make it less rushed.
