Ordered on August 17th, school starts August 30th. Order still says waiting for fulfillment. Chat offered me a 10% off coupon (LOL). There is no reasonable explanation for a delay this long. Also placed orders the same day from American Eagle, Champion, and Nike. All of those shipped and received. Guess where I'll be ordering from in the future. Your marketing means nothing if you can't fulfill orders.

Order shorts 3 weeks ago still not shipped out will never order online again

Edit: Finally got the clothes on September 4th

I ordered on August 16th and paid $8 extra for 3-5 day shipping.

I called Aero on the 24th because my order still hasn't been fulfilled and school starts on the 30th. Customer service was horrible, said that they will refund me my $8 but I haven't seen it yet. Customer service said they had no idea when my items would ship. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with Aero.

I placed an order four days ago for four pairs of leggings, and I wish I had known before placing my order about this mess everyone is going through and that now I will most likely go through as well. Any updates on when anyone actually receives their orders will be greatly appreciated so that I can estimate if/when mine will come.

What a joke! Placed my order 11 days ago and it still is waiting for fulfillment! Customer service was no help. No updated info, no ETA etc.
Will not be ordering from them again.

Shut the website down if you can't fulfill orders in time. 1) The number listed on the website does NOT work or they refuse to answer the phone
2) The online "customer service" chat only gives automatic copy/paste response
3) Today I received an email for a $10 discount on future purchases over $40. You have given me ZERO incentive to shop here in the future.

Wow, I cant believe im not the only one who feels this way!

Its amazing because I literally had an order come through in almost 4 days that I paid 2 day shipping for and now its 7 days after. Regular ground shipping (that is usually only 5 days if close to your own state) and still it says it's in "Fulfillment"???? I wish to God I was just did what I felt and just picked up in store, only because I would then be able to talk to someone that actually has to give you an answer on why they don't have your items or if there was a an issue. Customer service is terrible and so condescending that is a waste of time trying to get any info out of them even being extremely nice to them. Its hard because the items I ordered were something I really wanted but now I dont want nothing to do with aero brand. I literally just started re buying all new clothes and aero would have been my brand but after this terrible experience with them and seeing everyone else's response I think they lost a very good paying customer! Sorry everyone hopefully they come through for you but I'm done!

I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. I placed order August 10th its the 25th and haven't received anything. This is bad customer service. They should just shut the website down if they can't fulfill orders.

I ordered something over a week ago and it still hasn't even been shipped. I understand that there are delays, but this is ridiculous. I even tried to cancel my order and they weren't able to do that. Anytime I talked to a customer service representative they were rude and very unhelpful. It's very upsetting that I have now been charged for something and I have no idea when and if I'll get it. You guys need to do a lot better.

I NEVER write a poor review, but I am so frustrated with Aeropostale. I placed my order on Aug. 3rd, for a bunch of cute shorts and t-shirts for SUMMER!! Well, I STILL have not received my order. I contacted customer service twice and each time they said that the order was waiting to be fulfilled - seriously after 2 weeks? Now, almost a month? By the time I get my stuff (if I do), summer will be almost over.
I will NEVER order from Aeropostale again! I've received packages from China quicker.

They deserve ZERO stars, stand behind your product!! So just like everyone else I ordered school clothes from Aero on August 7th and on August 23rd the order is still not fulfilled or shipped. Has anyone actually received their orders? I spoke to a customer service representative this evening and she was clearly just broken, she shared their warehouse in Kentucky is so far behind and they are not given any reason why. The executive management is not giving the people answering their phones any information. The rep cannot process any cancellations and confirmed that this is the worst service ever. At least I got someone who was honest. I pointed out their competitors have already delivered several orders. She understood but can do nothing, her job is to answer the calls of angry customers but she is not empowered to help in any way. Shame on the executives at Aero lining their fat pockets with all of our money they refuse to refund!!

I'm so annoyed I order uniform pants a week plus ago and they still have not shipped...Stop being greedy and taking people's money if you can't keep up with the orders

I've been having the same problem as everyone else, i ordered my school clothes august 9th, it's currently August 23, and my clothes still haven't shipped. It's annoys me considering I start school the 30th and my clothes are nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service multiple times and got the same response, even tried the online chat and they kept on rushing me.

Seriously... Over 2 weeks and my order is still "awaiting fullfillment". Can't even get anyone on the online chat. What if I took 2 weeks to fullfill my payment! Never again.

I placed a order on the 4th of Augusta. After waiting on hold for over a hour I was told my order would ship within five to seven business days. It is now the twenty third and I still haven’t received my paid for items. Mine you this was my daughter school cloths. I have spoke with customer service and even reached out to a manager. Issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve asked for a refund I was told refunds had to be approved however mines got denied. They stated to me that the warehouse was back up. And I was told once my item is shipped and received I can return it back to the store and get a refund. Please please run from ordering from this website customer service is horrible and they refuse to give money back refused to let me cancel out my order! I will never order from this site again. How you can tell me I can’t cancel my order out how can you can be handled about your money that you spent!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I chose to buy my kids school clothes here. They should have something on the website especially at checkout stating there will be a 3 week delay on orders. I'll never order from here again!

This was my first time ever placing a order with Aeropostale online and let me just tell you it will be my last! I spent almost $200 bucks on my kids som school clothes 10 days ago and it still says "waiting fulfillment". I was on the phone with customer service for almost a hour and they couldn't tell me anything about how long it would take! I wish I would have found this site and read these comments beforehand. I will NEVER shop with Aeropostale again!

I would prefer ZERO stars. I ordered clothes for my son on the 3rd almost 20 days ago and still awaiting fulfillment as of today. I spoke with customer service several times and they say they can't refund because it's already in process. They state once I receive the items then I can return them.

It’s been 11 days and my order is still awaiting fulfillment?? I need these clothes for school and they haven’t even shipped yet. Can’t get in touch with a human for customer service either.

Update: So, my order has shipped now and it will here on Tuesday. Still horrible, becuase it’s been like 20 days and school already started. But I’m just glad it’s coming at all

Update 2: It arrived. I like my jeans. Took forever, but I guess it’s just high volume orders and they can’t handle it. I did send them an angry message via the contact us part of their website before this. Maybe, that helped.

Honestly, if no stars was an option that would have been my choice. I have shopped in store with aero for YEARS. I have also shopped online with them. I've never had the misfortune of having to deal with their customer "service" people until now. Placed an order for school clothes on 8-12 needing them for 8-23... now any time I've ordered previously their shipping times have been accurate so I went off of experience and went ahead and placed the order because they would definitely be here going off of what I knew. WRONG! I have contacted customer service FIVE times and I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service department in my life! I've spent hours of my time trying to get my ordered cancelled and my money refunded because I've had to go elsewhere to buy school clothes because these obviously won't be here in time and all I've gotten is the run around. I was told the cancellation request had to be sent to the warehouse to be approved and that I would hear back via email in 24 hours if the request was approved. Waited over the 24 hours call back and now it's within 48 hours. Live chatted today with "Meshia" and she was extremely rude. Told me to wait another 48 hours. I said no and asked for contact info for corporate and she gave me the same customer service number I've already called 3 times. I told her I had that number and wanted someone higher up than the rude, unhelpful,, lying, customer service reps that I've been dealing with and she just kept giving me the same customer service number. Nothing was resolved and I will be disputing this charge now because this is just ridiculous. If there were these extreme shipping delays then they should have been up front with their customers instead of taking their money under the false pretense that these orders would be received in a timely manner. I will NEVER spend a cent with this company again. Horrible the way they treat customers. Beware!
