Rob was friendly & really knowledgeable about my individual pensions situation. He listened and answered all of my questions, I did not feel rushed or pressured at all and am happy with his choice of Financial Advisor to pair me up with as I really wanted someone local to me. He was transparent about any fees and costs and at what point in the process it would kick in.
