Stay as far away from this company as you can... ordered a system wasn't even close to what I ordered paid way too much. Their hair systems are junk stay far away from them as you can...

Jeff Waite is rude and undermining. I had purchased a product and thought I was getting same-day delivery, but it was actually just going to be shipped the same day that I placed the order. I tried to get refunded the $15.70 that I spent, as I would not have added the shipment fee had I known that I was going to obtain the product 3 days later. I left a voicemail with Jeff and he responded via email. He also left a second number that I left a voicemail with. He did not take the time to listen to my concerns and instead chose to be disrespectful and condescending. Please do better.

Was extremely disappointed with the pricing way to high . Had Alopecia for 13 yrs . And NEVER was quoted such a ridiculous price for one piece . And the length was even long .

My first purchase was not made correctly and when I called I was rushed on the phone by Jeff and he wasn’t interested in doing anything to help but worried about his plumber calling which is ridiculous when having a discussion but he didn’t do that when he was taking my credit card for the order so be careful

This is my first time purchase from Advent Hair and was totally disappointed of their services! Package was sent wrongly to me. After emailed them about the wrong package, they replied saying the shipping dept had sent wrongly my order to Canada??? And will resend a new shipment to me on Tuesday 26/11. Till now 29/11 there is no news about my shipment details!!! Has asked about the tracking number but again no news from them!!! I doubt they have sent it out my replacement shipment.

Order all my hair products from Advent,most are pretty good..and do what they say they they do..
Wish the hair pieces were better priced!
The ones I purchase now, look the same, cut in the same and last exactly the same time wise....

Great product and good prices! Tape was a little hard to get off the unit but obviously worked good. Happy with my experience!
