Good company to deal with.
My order didn't arrive but I contacted the seller and they promptly sent out another one, I suspect the 1st one was lost by Royal Mail. The product I received was exactly as described and is working great.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad the delivery was quick and reached you safely.
Regarding sending as a letter rather than a package: this is something we considered, and while it would have been the cheaper option, we've unfortunately had issues in the past with overseas letter items going missing in transit. Sending as a parcel is more reliable for items of this size, so we always choose this option for international orders to give you the best chance of it arriving safely, even though it does mean a little extra packaging.
Thanks again for your custom, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything further.
