Clear and informative discussion during initial meeting, resulting in immediate decision to purchase. Delighted that the installation went ahead within days and the stairlift works well and is easy to use.

From the get go Acorn stairlifts were well organised and professional . The technician who did the measuring up , Paul was most informative and knowledgeable . The installer did an amazing job , quick and efficient .. precisely to the plan . Tony our sales contact was very helpful and always available !!
A great asset to our property in regional NSW . Thank you Acorn .

Installation was timely & trouble free plus site kept tidy. Impressed with the product.

The installer of our chair lift was very professional and friendly. He made sure that we were familiar with all the controls and had us use the chair lift while he was there to make sure we were aware of the things that could go wrong and how to rectify before calling for help.We are happy with our purchase.

Hi I’m very disappointed in the service I have received from Acorn. Unfortunately I have suffered a stroke therefore I had to have a Stairlift installed. I have had to call on them twice to service my chairlift the first time was ok the second time it stopped just before turning the corner to go up my stairs making it difficult to get off the chairlift however I did eventually. As I was told they don’t answer calls at night I stayed on the floor all night resulting in me being taken by ambulance to hospital and staying there for two days. This set my progress back considerably . They did send me a bill for this then withdrawing it. I thought this was a reliable Company unfortunately for me it is not. I want a chairlift I can rely on it is a matter of quality of life for me. I’m so disappointed with this Company

The Installers were very Professional and did a great job, they left the place Clean and tidy.

Arrived on time and did a great job on installing it

Acorn stair chairlift has been wonderful. My husband has major knee n back problems so using the lift has been so helpful. I’ve pulled a muscle in my leg n have been using as well. I have even sent my groceries up. Life is so much easier now. Thank you

Good cheerful service on time, Clean & nolageble Instalation Very Happy

Amazing support from the sales and service team and the installers. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating.

The whole process from deciding what would be best suit us until the Stairlift was installed and operational was done professionallly and with minimum fuss. We have absolutely no complaints at all.

We are very impressed by the initial experience, which has continued, regarding the caring attitude of the office staff, including David Smith who came to measure and quote.
Brett, the installer did a wonderful job, on his own. Completely non distracted, very professional and dedicated. A fantastic product as well.

Not having to listen to my wife gasping for breath as she walked up the stairs

From start to finish - Acorn are a great company to deal with - quick responses, good systems and staff. The stair chair installation process was especially well managed.

The Stairlift was installed last Tuesday, and was used once every day until Saturday. On Saturday morning when I used it, it stopped halfway up the stairs. I rang Acorn and they said they couldn't get anyone to come out until the following Tuesday (today). The technician came out this morning, and spent 4.5 hours working on it to make it work. Let's see if it's OK now

Prompt, polite and courteous service. We are very happy with Jordan’s installation of the Acorn stair chair which makes leaving the house a safer option for a family member who is experiencing mobility issues.

Thanks to Josh & Christian for their installation of our extended chairlift, despite my husband interfering with his "help". They did a great job.

I have a most beautiful garden but, because I am 88, I have to be uber careful navigating it. Since I had my outside Acorn stairlift installed or my UpMeDownMe chair as I call it, it has become a place of great pleasure. Comes 5 o`clockish I take my vodka tonic and, as the sun sets behind the magnificent autumn trees, like some wonderful theatrical scene I follow it step by step...fabulous, such joy!
