I have used A&C before for a previous purchase and as always the full team were very professional and massively helpful in ensuring the whole process was efficient and stress free. Particular mentions to Noreen and Krysia for all their assistance in the process and keeping me informed throughout. Highly recommend and will definitely use A&C again in the future.

I had a great experience with Scott Brown the mortgage advisor. He always replied to my emails within the hour and hats off to him as I asked him a lot of questions.

As a first time buyer I didn’t understand the important of getting a mortgage in principle. He explained the advantages and having this in place helped me secure my dream home. I viewed the flat on the 28th of May, and will be moving in on the 8th of June which feels like a quick timescale, this was helped a lot by getting accepted within 3 business days. Scott ensured to get all the right paperwork before hand so although there were some slightly complications, these were tackled before the application went through ensuring a smooth and speedy process.

Even when Scott went on holida, Zak was very helpful in answering my questions and progressing the application
