next day delivery late & wrong item sent
I ordered 2 bags with next day delivery. Evri who are notoriously rubbish in this area failed to deliver the next day but they did arrive after 2 days.
I have also been sent one wrong bag (same fabric as the one I ordered, just the wrong style) so that will have to go back.
Customer services have refunded the delivery charge though so thank you for that.

Pleased with my purchases
Bought socks on offer, good quality. Bought two scarves, one was a bit duller in colour than the image on screen, but still great quality. The other is beautiful but has a silver thread dangling but I can sort that. Decided to keep both because I like them.

My parcel should of arrived within 2-3 working day's. It's now day 4 and Royal Mail still have not received this parcel to deliver to me. I'm not impressed with this service and I need this item for my holiday in 2 day's time.

We can confirm the item in your order has been marked on your order as 'Unable to Fulfil' and therefore cancelled. An email advising you of this was sent at the time of cancellation.
We are truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this and this only occurs when our team are picking items for orders to be shipped.
Therefore, your cancellation notice will occur when and if other items are being shipped to you. Sadly, until shipped no online order is 100% guaranteed hence why payment is not physically taken from the customer until despatch, these funds are ring fenced by your bank and held by them.
The item was most likely confirmed as in stock at the time, however during the packing process we have found this item to be unavailable, as mentioned in your email. It is a common process which can occur with any online retailer and tends to be more common during busier sale period due to the high volume of orders being placed.
As this item has not been dispatched, as mentioned, rest assured you have not been fully charged as we only charge upon despatch, therefore any pending funds held by your bank will be cancelled and will revert back to your original method of payment within 10 working days (this will not show as a refund). Please note this timeframe is dependant on your banks policies and beyond our control as we’re not holding the funds. This is also stated on your cancellation email.
As no payment has been taken for your order we're unable to offer an alternative option.
