I can't put into words how wonderful the staff at Aberdein Considine Westhill have been at selling my property. All the girls in the office couldn't have done enough. Sarah, Samantha, Gillian, Tessa, Amy, Val and my wee friend Morgan who had the patience of a saint with me. From start to finish they informed me of viewings, offers and the final sale. Only thing that I would suggest maybe be tweeked would be the fact that there is no out of office phone number to call should someone make an appointment to view and then be unable to attend. This only happened once to us on the Sunday but there was no way for them to let anyone know or no way for me to find out if they were coming or not.
I highly recommend Aberdein Considine if selling your house, you won't be disappointed! Big thank you to you all !

The Westhill office were great when leasing out our properties. Turn around time was great, from being marketed, viewings booked in, feedback given by the team and tenant secured all within two weeks. We have used the westhill office for selling and buying before and wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of these services!
