Excellent Estate Agency & Legal Services
We chose Aberdein Considine Estate Agency and Legal Services over two others who provided valuations and quotations for their services.
We found from the initial valuation, through negotiations for sale of our own property and purchase of our new property to be relatively pain free for property transactions.
Of special note was the quality of the photography package provided for our sale - we could not have asked for better.
It was useful to have everything done under the one roof, as any queries across the areas were dealt with promptly, and we liked the online tool to track our sale.
Overall we found everyone we dealt with to be both professional and helpful, thank you.

First Home Purchase in Scotland
We moved from England to Perthshire in July. The Scottish legal system is different to what we were used to, but, the extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at AC "held our hand" all the way through the transaction. A big thank you to all staff.

Excellent service from all involved. Property organised to be put on the market and sold in less than 2 weeks!
The estate agents dealt with all queries, organised all viewings, and dealt with notes of interest and offers at the closing date. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

First class experience
