Archie Foord, sales negotiator, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — I was kept fully informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns I had were dealt with. He worked hard to secure a strong offer in a timely manner. What really stood out was their dedication and support during the sale process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. In fact everyone I dealt with was excellent including Martyna and Milada who arranged viewings of my flat. Special mention to Kirsty MacMillan (Valuer) whom I first met and was impressed from the get go at her professionalism whilst friendly and supportive.

Becky and the Edinburgh team at Aberdein Considine could not have been more helpful and communicative during the process of selling our house in Leith. They went above and beyond on a few occasions to help us navigate bumps in the road with our prospective buyer. They kept in regular contact without us having to chase and always took the time to talk things through properly, discussing our options. A great experience all round and would definitely recommend to others.

I have been twice a client of AC's Edinburgh team in recent months as I had my mum's house to sell for her as well as managing our own move. Overall they were thorough and very customer-focused. In particular the sales team and mortgage advisors were extremely efficient and responsive, and nothing was a problem to them. The deals went up to the wire in both cases but I think that is a wider issue. I would have no hesitation in going back to AC.

I am using Aberdein Considine to purchase a property (offer already accepted and proceeding) and next to market and sell my current property.
