Booked our 5 day trip to Iceland through Absolute Iceland. Staff very helpful and responsive to enquiries. All excursions booked by the team were fabulous and well organised. Overall a great company to book with!

I have just returned from a 4 day 3 night trip booked through Absolute Iceland. It was awesome and price was fantastic. Arranging it with Nicola's help was fast and problem free. All the arrangements were super easy. My trip included the flights, 4*hotel with breakfast trip to Northern lights, Blue Lagoon, Golden Circle and Fontana Wellness Spa. I couldn't have asked for a better planned trip and I am a 70yr old woman travelling solo. Thank you Nicola for helping me cross off something on my bucket list.

I am a pensioner and i needed cat food for my kittens, i have Arthritis, and can't get out much, so i ordered it from Iceland to be delivered by Uber a bit of extra money but i had no one to go shop, anyway i ordered cat food and a tin of peas, when the order came i got a tin of peas because they had no food for the kittens that's ok but i was charged nearly £7 for a tin of peas, they should of at least give me the chance to cancel but nothing, i am disgusted with Iceland because i always thought they thought of the customer but please who pays nearly £7 for a tin of peas, to me they are a con and i would like to warn people if they order from them for Uber to deliver just be careful your not taken for a fall.

We've used Iceland deliveries several times and found them to be good. The range of products is a little bit limited but other than that, we've had a good experience with them.

I recommend this to anyone planing to come to ICELAND!
They will surely will provide you the best locations and experience!

i booked to go to iceland with absolute iceland last june, i was due to travel on 2/2/2020 but i discovered that they had reimbursed my money without telling me on 6/1/2020. i emailed them and all they said was that they are no longer doing trips to iceland! i feel very let down, so i would suggest you don't go with this company!!

Carl took care of planning and booking our perfect iceland get away. Sorting everything from flights & hotel to the excursions. The itinerary was spot on and we had absolutely no stresses the entire trip!

Came across Absolute Iceland on facebook. What a friendly customer supportive service! Exceptional price too! Iceland was everything we expected and more. If you haven't been you should look to book. For us the Northern Lights danced in the sky for hours-

We were absolutely thrilled with our holiday that we booked through this company, Right from the very start the information was really helpful and informative and ensured that we stayed in a hotel that we would be comfortable in and also in a great location for lovely shops and restaurants at night. The flights were really good too and when we arrived all the transfer arrangements went like clockwork. The hotel was fantastic, really good location and great facilities. We had also organised 3 trips whilst we were there which was the Northern Lights Tour, Golden Circle Full Day Trip and the Blue Lagoon. The coaches always came on time, were always very informative with really interesting guides on board and we even got to see the Northern Lights too. All the trips were really good and Reykavik Excursions were excellent. We went to Iceland to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and we were absolutely delighted with all of the arrangements that were made for us. Everything was done via Email and we just printed off all the details before we travelled. Easy to follow instructions and would definitely recommend this company for your holidays. We are definitely going to be using this company again for our holiday arrangements.

Just returned from what can only be described as a trip of a life time. We gave Absolute Iceland our requirements, and they listened and delivered. Our hotel; Hilton Reykjavik Nordica, was excellent, the rooms large and spacious, and the staff well trained and courteous. Our tours; Golden Circle & snowmobiling and the Fontana spring. We really couldn't fault any aspect, we even managed to glimpse the Northern Lights on our second night. In conclusion; a great anniversary treat which we will never forget! Thank you Absolute Iceland, we will be back!

Our trip was fantastic... Well organised from the initial booking to organising our trips , we stayed in the centre plaza hotel which was comfortable , clean, good breakfast and great location. Saw a glimpse or the Northern Lights ( not as wow as we had hoped ) and the stop off at the tomatoe greenhouses was a waste of an hour en route to the national park ! But everything else from blue lagoon to geisa's was awesome , and we were lucky to get snow , will go back so we can do snowmobiles and whale watching as we ran out of time and will book with Absolute Iceland again .... Thank You x

We booked out Holiday with Absolute Iceland They were very helpful Everything went smoothly, from the pick up from the Airport and all the trips we booked. We got to see the Northern Lights, The Blue Lagoon was amazing, and though the was no snow for the Dog Sledding we still enjoyed it Our Hotel was really nice Breakfast was good.

We booked a holiday to Reykjavik 4 - 8 th Oct 2016 with your company, I would like to thank you for the excellent service, from the time I made the telephone call, to receiving all the documents with our excursions book to arriving at our hotel. We experience no issues well except not seeing the Northern lights which you had no control over !!.
Our hotel Thingholt Hotel was very good and welcoming, a suggestion from you after another hotel i liked was fully booked.
I would recommend your company to anyone due to the friendly and knowldgeable service we received and more importantly the price including all the trips was the best price.

I cannot rate this company high enough at every aspect of our trip from the friendly helpful professional staff especially Carl though to price which was really good the hotel that they booked us into was excellent warm clean helpful and friendly .
Every question or request and believe me we had a lot was treated with enthusiasm and professionalism they organised our pickups and visit to the northern lights which again were flawless .
They checked us in for flights and truly bent over backwards at every element of our visit .
Would highly recommend Absoluteiceland to anyone or group wishing to visit Iceland .

Although we initially didn't receive our vouchers for excursions ,transfers etc by the time we paid the full amount, Thankfully Carl emailed them to us the day before we travelled.
Reykavik Excursions, Airport transfers, were brilliantly organised and always punctual. The Foss Hotel ,Lind, was in a good position for local shops and restuarants,and served a super breakfast every day.
We would certainly recommend Absolute Iceland and would use them again.
We had a fabulous time in Iceland, even though it was expensive and the weather could have been a little kinder to us.
