Taylor visited us to check my boiler out as I was told by my service engineer it was not worth repairing I called my Home Services and they promptly sent Taylor who came and checked my boiler inside out and repaired the pressure level and assured me that I don't need to change my boiler. He repaired whatever need to be done and I can assure that it has left me feeling so satisfied and feel we need trust worthy Services like this.Brilliant work Taylor and I am going to change my service engineer for sure.

Sam came to service my boiler through Homeserve and he knew about the boiler etc which isnt always the case. I have now cancelled Homeserve and will use your company for plumbing issues also. Very pleased to have found you.

What can i say about the service from this company? Well they are absolutely outstanding!
I had had 2 visits from another company who totally failed in all aspects of customer care and to sort out my severe water leak.
From the first phone call customer service was excellent i spoke to Carly who was professional, reassuring and couldn't have been more helpfull to a wreck of a lady who had been without heating or water for three days. Then to Sam the WONDER engineer who greeted me with 'Don't worry i will sort out the problem' and continued to diagnose the leak and where it was coming from within 10 minutes. Sam totally restored my faith in heating engineers. Again he was professional, curtious and even put on overshoes to protect my carpets. It is a pure joy to know that there are still great engineers out there and his company should feel proud to have him as one of their employees. Thanks again Sam.

Guy came round did the job within 30, minutes. Explained the issue and then made me aware of other pipework issues. Did a great job. Would recommend.

We found Absolute Heating through our insurers. Sometimes that can be a lottery. But Absolute Heating has been terrific. Let me tell you why.
My parents (90/86) live 120 miles away. I can't just pop around and take a look! They have suffered a series of intermittent problems, from the boiler needing a reset to the electrical fuse board tripping. They are too frail to fix these issues themselves. No heating, hot water or power is not a joke in their situation.
What do you need from the engineer when you are in a pickle? A solution and fix, obviously. But it's more than that. You want to know that the problem won't come back. And if, like this problem, it might take a few visits, you want to know whats happening and that people are working to get you a solution.
James, the on-site engineer, was competent, diligent, thorough and persistent. He was also pleasant to have in the house. I felt we had no need to worry, he was going to find the cause of the problem and then implement a solution. He did just that.
Behind the scenes, Carly always responded quickly and kept us up to date, for which I am grateful.
You are a credit to yourselves, and I wish your business great success. I have no reservations about recommending you to others. Thank you for your help.

Tyler came nice and early and carried out quite a big job. He was meticulous with his attention to detail. He explained everything to me and he hoovered up all the dust and checked that everything was working correctly. He is a credit to his company he should get a small pay rise. Thanks to Paul from Absolute heating for fixing my thermostat which has been wired wrongly for a long time. He was very friendly and he called 10 mins before he arrived. He is a treasure to the company.

Called our insurer as no water coming out of hot taps. Sam came out within 4 hrs and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very professional and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.
