The plaques are ok, but the black ink kind of creates smudges around. And then, when I ordered another plaque, they made me confirm the proof, and sent me the wrong one anyways, even though I double checked the proof I agreed to. Their shipping takes forever. I had to contact them to finally get the right plaque, and when I got it, noticed it has a mistake in the printing at the top of the image. I didn't bother contacting them again because it's been a bit a long process...I am not really impressed with the quality. Will not re-order from there. The customer service is alright though. The guy was nice.

The plaques are good. There is a bit of smudging on them from the black ink, but it seems to wash away easily. What I am less impressed about, is the production time and shipping. The customer service agent was nice enough to ask when we needed the plaques by when I put in the order, but even with ordering them over a month before our event, they took over 2 weeks to produce, and I had to follow up to ask what was up because I was without news, and then it took 2.5 weeks to ship to our location. They gave us free shipping, but by going with the cheapest shipping option possible, Fedex tracking showed the parcel moving very slowly from one community to another throughout the country, and the plaques didn't arrive until 4 days after our event, which was very unfortunate, considering we planned ahead. I guess plan at least 2 months ahead with this company...
