Items arrived very promptly in one box.
Items were delivered on time and very prompt. One box arrived and I assumed only one item enclosed. I contacted the help desk. Very helpful said both items should have been dispatched together in one box, I checked the item was boxed up in the bottom of the large box.
Staff are friendly and very helpful

Excellent travel handle
We have tried many suction applied handles in the past only to find that they are not secure. The tip to clean the surface with alcohol did the trick and the suction pads are as firm as can be, with no movement whatsoever. This gives me a real felling of security in the shower when I travel on holiday.

We asked the supplier to send the item to you direct from the warehouse in order to speed up the delivery, unfortunately we have been let down by the supplier and their courier company, Yodel in this case.
