I am so amazed from this service.
The flowers I asked for Mother's Day came so fresh and so beautiful. The best quality ever. A great customer service just from when I entered to the website of We bloom Canada answering me about any question I had, even after I completed my order. The delivery was at the exact time I asked! Very happy!

Quickly identified i'd given wrong number for delivery and contacted me to correct.

Flowers were lovely when delivered

They should be called 'A Terrible Florist'. I had a terrible experience with this company. They create additional websites that look like local florists. They then contact a local supplier, pay them hardly any money and get then to fulfil the job. My flowers were delivered three days after they were meant to arrive. They were a birthday gift. They were not as described and were in a terrible state. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone use this company. The founder created this company because he was sick of florists not delivering great service and because he once ordered flowers and they weren't delivered on time. He's done a great job of creating the worst company I have ever dealt with. I asked for a refund and all I was offered was 10% back. That was after speaking with 7 different staff.

The communication from the florists was very quick which was first class. The funeral wreath was lovely with fresh flowers and delivered very quickly. There was an email with the a photo attachment of delivery which I am very grateful especially when I am abroad.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to Vienna. Poor customer service and lack of clear instructions. I was unduly charged 15 euros and after backs and forths the company claimed they only charged me 9 euros more and unilaterally decided to refund this to me - despite me sending my bank account extract. Extremely expensive orders considering the poor quality of the service. Would not recommend this company at all.

Absolute BS. I have used them twice, from Australia making an order to Thailand. First order was 4 days late, second order for Valentines Day - still not received. Do not use this freaking BS show service. They will not refund. Total tucking frauds.

I place an order, received dead flowers, they told me they can do replacement and I asked for 50% refund and I was told that they cant do this.

they force peoples to take the flowers and customer service mentioned the reason i cant have refund coz flowers are available and they can re-deliver after 2 days.

I am never ever gonna shop at this place.

They force and they dont refund when knowing something is wrong.

No one complains on valentines day if things are right, peoples only do when their other half is unhappy.

They ruin my day, their policies are bad.

I ordered one thing and received something completely different. The flowers looked different and poor quality. On the product description they promise burlap packaging, I received cheap plastic packaging instead.

In their FAQ they mention things may arrive somewhat differently but refuse to acknowledge they also promise certain items in the description as well.

Meriam from a better florist support was polite, but ultimately refused to help and tried to blame it on the delivery window. Frankly speaking, if you can’t provide a service in the delivery window as advertised then don’t offer the service. I would have ordered elsewhere if they weren’t able to provide same day delivery. They refused to even offer a partial refund for a repeat customer. There are better and more honest options out there.

Used this company to send a flowers to a family members grave in Perth (we live in England) they did a beautiful job of the flowers and also send me a picture once it had been delivered. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the Lilah bouquet online from the UK for my Mother’s 80th birthday. She’s in HK. My Mother was really pleased with the bouquet of beautiful flowers. It really brightened up her day. In addition, the delivery man contacted my Mother and told her roughly what time he was arriving, which was very thoughtful of him.

I have to say top service and top products delivered to my GF in Hong Kong while I'm sitting in Denmark.
I ordered one bouquet from their homepage it was delivered as seen on home page.
I also asked for a tailor made "bouquet" with 3 bottles Moet + 3 roses string onto each bottle, this was done to my superior satisfaction.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased The Melody bouquet for 99AUD. The flowers delivered were fresh, but there were only 7 out of the 10 roses in the actual bouquet and half the greenery, which did not resemble the picture on the website. Customer service could not give me a reason why there were fewer flowers but did offer me a 10% discount, which I won't be using. The next time, I will use a local florist directly.

Ordered a mud cake, champagne and flowers yesterday 4.12.2020 for my Aunt in Melbourne and received confirmation of the order and delivery today between 3 pm to 6pm.

I received a message at 3pm informing me that due to the pandemic they were unable to deliver the order and would try to deliver on Monday 7.12.2020. My Aunt's birthday is on Sunday and we wanted the hamper delivered before her birthday.
The man named Francis, customer service came up with an excuse blaming everything on the pandemic. He would have definitely know whether yesterday about his stock to fulfil the order.
A Better Florist are CHEATS and SCAMMERS. The cost of the hamper was $148/-.

I now await and hope to get a refund.

They are devious, frauds and cheats.

I do hope this review manages to prevent any more people of getting cheated by these awful rogues.

I paid for an expensive bouquet of flowers for my sisters birthday and she never got them. Till date i am chasing. They first said it was signed for and they are getting proof, then they said ooh they cant get proof due to pandemic, then offered me a bouquet replacement due to the fact they do not want to give me a refund. I WANT MY REFUND. THIS COMPANY ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUDS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRADING ONLINE AS THEY ARE LIARS.
YOUR COMPANY CANNOT KEEP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND CLAIMING DELIVERY AND ALL SORTS WHEN IT NEVER HAPPENED.

I ordered flowers from the United States to be sent to Romania. I ordered them not knowing how far the destination was from their floral shop. They went above and beyond to make sure my flowers got delivered. I could not be more pleased with how well the service was and how beautiful the flowers were once I saw them received.

sent dead wrong flowers- nothing like the online PICTURES!!! they SCAMMED ME AND NO ONE TO CONTACT. I ordered ALICE the most expensive boquet on the website, they sent dead few roses with horrible arrangemet. not work 10 dollarS! i wish i can attach images.

I had a rather pleasant and satisfied experience ordering flowers with a Better Florist. On the day of the purchase, I unfortunately fell sick and wasn’t able to attend my manager’s farewell, I immediately seeked several sites that offer same day delivery. Luckily, they were able to deliver my flowers requested and on time! For this, I was very impressed. Finally my recipient was very touched and surprised by the beautiful flowers.

In mid-Sep 2020, I ordered flowers for my friend's family as her father passed away. I was alerted that there was an issue and my flowers weren't delivered on the chosen date. Fine, it's a global pandemic, no problem. Customer service assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day. I never received confirmation so I followed up, and was told that they had in fact be delivered, but I should check on my end to make sure. My friend never received the flowers, so back I went to customer service. They said they'd look into it... a few weeks passed, I followed up again, they again assured me the flowers had been delivered! I persisted, they insisted, and finally, finally, after some more time and back and forth they admitted there had been a mixup and the flowers were never delivered, at which point they agreed to refund me. Absolutely unbelievable and such a complete waste of time. No one who works there knows what's going on and they don't care about fulfilling their deliveries. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the hassle.

SCAM! Look at the picture of what they advertised versus what they delivered! When I wrote to them, they had the cheek to tell me "sorry that it did not meet your expectation". MY Expectation, although it is them that did FALSE ADVERTISING! According to the terms on their website, they can replace flowers in certain cases of the same COLOUR and shape. As you can see, it is clearly not the case. And now they are not giving me my refund! =(

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time ,energy & money.
1; said they could deliver to destination.
2; asked for delivery fee after I placed the order.
3; order was incorrect.
4;after many emails, delivery fee was waived.
5; delivery did not arrive on correct day & then arrived later than agreed the following day, again after many emails to follow up.
6;hamper was completely misrepresented- old looking flowers, few fruits, no candle, replacement tea.

All together a very unsatisfactory experience.Would never use this site again & never recommend.
