Spoke to sales team before placing the order to ensure delivery would be at least a week prior to a very important event April 24th.
1) Sales team contacted designer who ensured product would be completed & delivery would be on time - hence I placed my first order with your store for 2outfits on Feb 26th ($1000.00)
2) After numerous follow WhatsApp conversations with the sales team to ensure delivery would be on time - I was advised there would be delays from the designers end. How ridiculous is that?
3) items arrived on April 30th after my event! Had to figure out what to wear at the last minute!
4) Considering the price paid - there should have been impeccable packaging. Both outfits were wrapped in numerous plastic bags (not sure why you as a supplier would not place them in cloth bags with your branding) both outfits have a strong petroleum smell - that no amount of airing since delivery - to date has help remove the smell.
4) should a product arrive from the designer to your stores smelling like the material was preserved in petroleum What would you do to remove this horrible smell?
5) I cannot wear these outfits smelling like a gas station!

First of all, i should appreciate their prompt customer service and feasibility. The only concerning issue was their packaging . Some items delivered in good packaging and others in just plastic parcel covers. The designer wears carried in just plastic covers is horrible

I bought (online) 5 outfits,3 of 5 arrived late. The final dress (Samant Chauhan SKU SAMFEB26D139622) was supposed to be custom made, the measurements were off, it was damaged on the sleeve, embroidery was not properly applied to the fabric. The color was light brown nothing like the photo on the website, it looked like mud water, the fabric was low quality and very thin. The worst thing about it was the poor customer service, the after sale service or lack of. They delayed and stalled me till it was too late to return for repairs and adjustments, they avoided my calls eventually, they refused to let me return it for a refund or even a partial refund so I could have paid for the repairs and adjustments myself. My advice avoid the third party. I spent almost a month back and forth with them….. they didn’t budge….. extremely frustrating.

I ordered a lehenga by Mahima Mahajan from Aashni and Co, and despite a delay in production so independant from Aashni and Co, Samreen handled everything with exceptional professionalism and care. She kept me informed throughout, and the service was truly seamless from start to finish. I’m very pleased with the overall experience.

Bought a Sabyasachi black velvet Taj Mahal clutch - ordered on a Tuesday night and arrived in UK by Friday afternoon - SO impressed. Came beautifully packaged in an aashni and co gift box then the Sabyasachi box. Absolutely LOVED the clutch. Genuine product. Would definitely recommend both aashni &co and the clutch.

I had a disappointing experience with a recent order.
Before purchasing, I confirmed my sizing with the team and shared my bust measurement. Based on their recommendation, I placed the order. However, the outfit I received is completely misaligned in fit — the shoulders are dropping, sleeves and arm area are loose, and the bottoms are excessively baggy. This is not a minor alteration issue but a clear sizing mismatch.
What is concerning is the inconsistency in sizing advice. For the same measurement, I have previously been advised a different size, which makes the guidance unreliable and difficult to trust.
Despite sharing all relevant screenshots and details, my request for a return or store credit has been denied, and I have only been offered alterations, which I am not comfortable with since the issue stems from incorrect guidance.
Additionally, there has been a lack of timely response to my follow-ups.
I expected better customer support and accountability, especially for a high-value purchase. I hope the brand takes this feedback seriously and works towards a fair resolution.
