Louis made contact and was upfront about being in the motor trade, he gave a price for the car which was slightly lower than I wanted but having sold privately many times before I am tired of the hassle from tire kickers and dodgy people who seem to be drawn to certain cars. I told Louis I would think about it and get back to him, he didn’t chase or hassle for the deal, I contacted Louis and the car was collected that afternoon by Brad and Dave who were also great people to deal with. The price Louis offered from the first call was paid at time of collection fast and easy and honest, I highly recommend them.

I had a faultless experience selling my car with AAB cars. I received an offer from Louis very shortly after advertising my car for sale. After a quick negotiation we agreed on a price and he sent me a deposit the next day. The process could have been done within 72 hours but I had to wait for a new V5 which delayed it my end but Louis was understanding and very accommodating.

When I did receive my V5, we agreed a date and time for collection of the vehicle and Brad from AAB cars gave me a courtesy call on the day to let me know they were on their way.

Brad and his colleague arrived and quickly looked over the car to make sure the details they were given and any damage was correct from what was told to them, and they very quickly informed their office that everything checked out and full payment was received within 10 minutes. There was no haggling, no gimmicky intimidation tactics to try and knock the price down, just two genuine and friendly men who dealt with the sale quickly and efficiently. The even dealt with the DVLA online selling form so I didn’t have to do a thing.

The whole experience with AAB was brilliant and I would 100% sell to them again in a heartbeat the next time I sell a vehicle.

AAB Cars fully explained their approach to pricing and handover. With one further car to sell in February, I will be giving then a call before asking anyone else.

I listed my high spec Mercedes GLC250 for sale on Autotrader on Monday night. Louis Jones of AAB Cars was the first to call me the following Tuesday morning. He was courteous, thorough and knowledgable. We discussed the car, its history and the condition. I was made a very good offer against my 'private purchase asking price' which I was happy to accept there and then. The deal was secured within 15 mins with a written confirmation purchase order and £250 securing deposit placed in my bank account. I must say, I'm somewhat dubious of accepting a 'firm offer' on a 'sight-unseen' basis... BUT not in this case. AABs collection team arrived at my home on-time; inspected the car, gave it a short test drive, reviewed the paperwork and without any hesitation or haggling said, "we will buy your car at the agreed price". The transfer documents were then prepared, but not completed before I had the opportunity to confirm that the full payment amount had arrived in my bank account. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to do so. The transfer of ownership was then completed and they were on their way.
The team at AAB Cars are very professional, courteous and thorough. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending AAB Cars.

I've always been a little suspicious of the "we will buy your car" businesses. Too many stories of them arriving, finding minor fault with vehicles, then aggressively lowering their bid.
Ben at AAB helped changed my mind. I'm sure it still happens, but not with AAB. He was clear and equitable from our first conversation, and the two representatives who arrived to collect my vehicle, carried on with that approach. They test drove the car, while I guided. They stressed I hold the key. They looked the car over thoroughly, dismissing two small defects they spotted.
Paperwork was prepared and the agreed funds credited to my bank immediately, before completing the transfer, with all confirmed by the DVLA in seconds.
They were a pleasure to deal with, and even complied with my request to, under no circumstance, tell my wife how much money had been credited to my bank account!

I listed my Mazda 6 on Autotrader. I received a call from Louis Jones. We talked about my car for sale, and I was offered a price that I accepted, which made me very happy. On Tuesday, 9/12, two representatives from AAB Cars arrived. They called me before leaving their location and again when they were 15 minutes away. They inspected my Mazda 6 to ensure everything met their standards. After signing the paperwork, I was advised to check my bank account, and the money was transferred. This is a very professional company, providing a seamless operation from beginning to end.

Appears to be similar to other positive feedback but only fair I leave a good review for a good business. First call from advertising on Autotrader, spoke to Ben, he asked a few questions obviously telling me he was a dealer, I told him honestly what I’d take for the vehicle and he said fair enough, believed that was a fair valuation and arranged a deposit to secure the vehicle. I was offered a few quid more by further dealers but Ben was true to his word so I was too. Deal done on Friday, car picked up on Monday by two lovely chaps who kept me updated even though they hit traffic throughout their journey from Southampton so I didn’t waste any of my day waiting. When they arrived, whole process was smooth, they paid of the finance and the difference was instantly in my account. Waved them off, everyone got as close to what they wanted that was fair for both parties. Easy process, if I ever sell again I’ll likely be calling them direct to save me the hassle of having my pants pulled down on a part ex or any tyre kickers wasting my time ever again.

These guys totally restored my faith in humanity and smaller independent car dealers. From start to finish it was a very positive, honest, efficient and friendly service. Ben was great, Brad and Dave who picked the car up were great. They even dropped me at the station in my beloved and mint Audi A4 when they left because they knew I was in a hurry to meet a friend.
Based on my experience and on their countless 5 star reviews I would highly, highly recommend them.
