Ben was absolutely brilliant and very sincere. He gave me a great price for my car and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was explained clearly.

As arranged, the collection team, Brad & Dave,arrived the next day and were both really friendly, professional, and courteous. They even called ahead to keep me updated, which was very much appreciated. They handled everything, and I would like to thank them for waiting with me until all the funds were in my bank account.

Dealt with the extremely helpful Louis who initially offered me a reasonable amount but by the time I got back to him 8 days later unfortunately the price had dropped. Having said that, the renegotiated price was still a lot more than webuyanycar or Motorway. And from thereon the process was really smooth, quick and easy. Guys turned up on time and money in my account within minutes with them handling all the DVLC stuff too on my behalf before they drove off. Would definitely recommend.
