Great price great jewelleries. Order processed quickly. However the service could be improved better that the appointment is sometimes too limited in time wise, as we wanted to see more samples but have to book another day appointment.

From the starts to the end, there has been nothing but constant communication, agreements on what I've ordered and updates on when it will be delivered. These were ahead of when the ring was produced which allowed me to delay delivery as I was not in country. When I received the ring I expected just a small ring box but it came in a much larger luxury box which contained all documentation for the diamond. The ring was pristine exactly what I wanted and I know for certain I will be buying my wedding bands from 77diamonds.

I couldn't recommend 77 Diamonds enough.
I first visited Sophie nervous and with no idea of anything to do with diamonds or engagement rings. She patiently talked me through everything to do with Bespoke ring creation and reassured me time after time. She always answered by bombardment of questions both in person and via email, always polite and helpful. They were even able to make a resin sample of the ring when I was uncertain on the diamond size.
They also kept the ring in their safe for me until I was ready to propose so that my partner didn't find it around the house.
The actual finished ring is just stunning, more than I could ever have expected. Every detail is precise and perfect. My partner loved it just as much as I did.
I really do recommend this team from start to finish.

Staff are very very helpful, in store and online. Quick responses to emails and always treated my now husband with kindness and respect when he visited the store. They even gave us discount on a third ring as my engagement and wedding ring was bought from them. Very pleased with the whole experience
