Excellent service, from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. The customer service is outstanding, Shelby is very patient and helpful, Paul is very informative. Gareth & Tom delivered and fitted my Catio and worked non-stop to get it right for me, really good craftsmanship. I am so pleased with the end result and cannot express how good it has been to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers requirements. Our small, 6 x 3 foot, catio has only been up less than a month and already the door has dropped and binding at the bottom. Took the door off and squared it up with six reinforcing steel corner brackets. Replaced the door only to find I still had an ugly tapering gap at the top. Checked and found the door frame out of square by at least 5mm. So now still have an ugly appearance. Lesson - buy cheap you get cheap.

Ordered some panels to be made for a catio for our new kitten. They arrived reasonably on time. When my Husband examined them we found the wire mesh to be broken in at least three places leaving sharp ends for her to hurt herself on,so they had to be cut off and a lot of the was kinked up. On putting the catio together we found the door to be an inch lower at one side,no excuse for that. The wooden parts were as rough as a giant greater and full of knots.
My Husband contacted the company,full of excuses. There was no offer of compensation only discount on further items. (In their dreams). Would not touch this place with a barge pole.

Spoke to Paul on the 20th with an idea, he talked me through it, ensured it would work work, i made payment with a planned delivery date of next saturday, not only did paul turn it round within 4 days it was delivered early this morning along with all fixings required and quality that i can't fault! Couldn't ask for more!!

Ordered before Easter. Have had one brief email telling me product was dispatched. Have heard nothing for 2 days now so phoned to find out what was going on. Apparently Easter is a "bloody nightmare". Not expecting to hear such language from a customer service person. Was told they can't cope with their current orders, and it's like this every Easter. They can't track my order, see it on their system or advise when it will be delivered. Person got progressively more incoherent and aggressive with any rational enquery; why guarantee 3 days to delivery, when it has been 5 clear working days since order, I was told they can't be held responsible for things like Easter, as it's synonymous with snow. Really? You've just told me it's like this every year. So why not put something more coherent in place? Eventually was told courier 'may' contact me before delivery, although they don't know if they will, 'may' deliver on Saturdays even though they don't usually or 'may' deliver on Monday. If there's a problem, they will contact me! So I'll just become a hermit and stay in all day every day until their parcel 'may' arrive? Atrocious all round!
In response to a rather spurrious comment from the company: there was nothing the person could tell me, I asked him questions regarding delivery, rather than ranting. Questions to which he had no coherent answers and rather questionable language from the beginning.

Ordered aviary panels which were left on front garden by whichever courier they used, despite my order note that requested 24 hour notice of delivery so that I could arrange to be present.
Panels were broken, wood split and twisted away from the wire.
2 emails later, with a promise to respond asap so I know the email was delivered and no response whatsoever.
Don't go near them with a barge pole.

Ordering online, fine. Then the problem...
After 7 days, nothing received and no sign of a despatch email in my inbox or spam. So I emailed 4wire using both its 4wire address and Paul Fitzpatrick's hotmail address that is on their business PayPal account. No response after 1.5 business days, so I raised a payment dispute for non-delivery. That got some attention quickly enough.

Seems they did deliver promptly, but the courier left the goods with a neighbour and didn't do anything to tell us about it (no card or email).

According to PF:
- They did send a despatch email, must be in my spam (it isn't, but we'll allow a little doubt there about missing emails)
- They didn't respond to my email because "this email was in our spam folder, we cant reply unless we see the message" - really? I emailed both of your addresses. And I don't even use a free email, it's a corporate domain!
- No comment on the courier's poor behaviour/lack of information.

I pointed out that their spam filter is their issue not mine and perhaps they should check "spam" more often. Response from PF: "you was dealt with.... not my end that has the problem". Err... you really think that, do you? Go back to college, do customer service 101 please. The problem is very much at your end, it appears that it's your attitude!

ORDERED ON THE EVENING OF THE 7TH. DELIVERED ON THE MORNING OF THE 10TH. NO PROBLEMS.
