I thought the service I got by one of…

I thought the service I got by one of your night managers was awesome! The rims were perfect and my son loves them. The one problem I have is that the lug nuts were the wrong ones and I don't know how to get them back to you guys too get a refund. Please help!!

Fast and Wonderful Service

4wheelonline is my go to! I have made two purchases with them (wheels and tires) and Ryan was so helpful and easy to work with. As soon as I told him the size I needed he let me know that they were in stock, the price and when he could get them delivered. As soon as I said the ok they were on my doorstep in three days. Highly recommend these guys to anyone. Service is bar none. Thanks to the 4wheelonline team!

Set of rims with damage, bad management

Ordered a set of new rims from them in December. When they arrived one rim had damage from shipping. I called and they wouldn’t refund until I shipped the damaged rim back. I HAD to purchase another and they said they would refund me as soon as they got the rim back...two months later after numerous calls I finally got a refund! In March on of the rims was showing defective wear, I contacted them about it and they gave me 5 different numbers to call the factory and other run around info. In June after several calls and several emails they told me the factory wouldn’t cover due to it not being a “factory defect” that caused the damage. I had five different people who work in shops tell me it was. When I FINALLY after months of trying to get ahold of them, the manager was Very rude and sexest towards me!!! Bacically said he didn’t believe what I was saying even after sending pictures and video and attaching me saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. Very unprofessional and I will never purchase anything from them again!

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you. This was not a 4WheelOnline.com purchase but a purchase from Walmart Online which have different return policies than 4WheelOnline.com.

Walmart's Return Policies only allow customers to return their orders within thirty (30) days of delivery. After that there is no warranty unless one is offered by the manufacturer.

Cruiser Alloy, the manufacturer of the wheel, does offer a Limited Ninety (90) Day Warranty for manufacturer defects to the finish.

When you contacted us in May it was not only outside Walmart's Return Policies, but outside the warranty policy for the manufacturer.

However, as a customer courtesy, we contacted the manufacturer and attempted to get the manufacturer to accept the wheels under warranty.

Cruiser Alloy asked us to provide the photos you had submitted so they could make a determination. Based on the photos you provided (https://imgur.com/a/V28tDH0), the manufacturer determined that even IF you had been inside the warranty period, the damage would not be covered as it was caused by "User Error" (i.e. Collision, Scrape, Vandalism, Road Hazard, Etc.).

While some brick and mortar vendors do offer Road Hazard Coverage for an additional charge, as an online seller we are unable to do so.

Finally, I want to apologize that the person/people you spoke with were not more empathetic. I understand you were upset that the manufacturer determined this was caused by damage, but we had no control over that decision.

However, based on your comments it could have been explained more carefully why your claim was denied.

Finally, as a women running an office full of men, can assure you as the General Manager I do NOT allow sexism in my office. I do not know who you spoke with, but it obviously was not me.

Worst company I've ever bought from

Worst company I've ever bought from, I bought an unused brand new Hypertech speedometer calibrator and it not only completely messed up my speedometer but deleted the $200 tune in my car and the $229 speedometer calibrator I bought from them and used one time they would not let me return.

My wife was hospitalized and I needed…

My wife was hospitalized and I needed tires really bad. I went to same place that does our service work. They told me that these tires would be $200 less then then last ones that I got. I pull trailers that are sort of heavy,,, 6000lbs. I have less then 5000 miles on these thing and they are wearing very fast. They handle horrible. Please look before you buy!!!!!

Really Good Company !

Price was great. Sale staff had correct answers to my questions. Wheels and lugs arrived as promised. Will look hear first next time I want something for my truck.
