Awful service - beware. I've given one star as zero stars is not an option.
I ordered a number of parts for a freezer - most arrived (albeit slowly) ignore the next day promise its a lie.
One part (the most expensive one, and the one I of course needed the most) was totally wrong - substituted with a random plastic tube worth about a fiver - the order form even has photos of the parts you order on it so the warehouse team have really excelled themselves in picking a totally random, and cheap, item.
After numerous emails to their 'exceptional customer service' team, mostly unanswered, I am now having to wait for them to conduct an 'investigation' into what happened at the warehouse before they refund me, and then I'm told I will have to reorder the part.
Despite returning the randomly supplied part, they wont send me correct one until this investigation is complete.
So three weeks on from ordering the parts the freezer is still out of action and I have no indication when this investigation will be completed, or when I will receive the refund and then how long it will take to get the correct part that I ordered.. reordered.
I expect more from a company owned by Screwfix. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

Slow service takes days to get a reply. The wrong part was sent again on reordering. To improve service if a comment box was added to checkout. I could have added a note saying you sent wrong part. I am reordering please check order against description and picture of order.

Easy process to find an exact replacement water supply pipe for my Samsung refrigerator. Easy ordering process and super quick delivery. Saved me at least £200 in repair bills.

The inquiry process is too long having to wait for over 48hrs for a simple response. Also than it’s a 1 liner answer which has been pre written. The email readers don’t fully read ur inquiry before shooting back with a yes or no answer. Deliver time too long when we are paying a premium for a it.

Perfect item, seems to be of high quality

Website was easy to use. Unfortunately 15 days later still waiting for the item to arrive. Have also submitted numerous requests for a refund but as yet nothing has been heard. Impossible to get things resolved when there is no contact number to help resolve any issues.

Product was what i needed fit perfect quick derlivery

I needed this special tool to repair my coffee machine. It arrived very quickly, thankfully, and was excellent quality. I had the machine fixed in under an hour. The price was exceptional for such a good quality tool.

Fantastic service from Sarah who identified the spare part for Samsung vacuum cleaner. It was impossible to get any sense out of the Samsung web chats or the Samsung website
