Extremely happy with my purchase
Extremely happy with my purchase, from day one this company was brilliant answering questions and emails within the same day!
The catio is made to the highest standard, myself and son installed it ourselves and it was extremely easy to do. However if you aren't comfortable to do it alone, they can do the install or talk you through the process.
My 3 cats love it, out every day from morning to evening, even in the rain.
Would happily recommend this company to others thinking about getting a catio/enclosure.

Your company is very helpful. S
Did have alot of problems but got there in the end. Your comany was very helpful, and thank you for that.I can say though, one thing I personally think the wire could be abit thicker as it is very flimsy and snaps very easy.

Brilliant Catio & Tunnel Installation – One Happy Cat (and Owner)!
From the initial communication with Paul and subsequent ones with Shaun, everything was smooth and straightforward. They were responsive, clear, and happy to answer all my questions, which gave me real confidence going into the build.
When it came to the installation, Shaun and Liam were fantastic. They worked tirelessly in the scorching heat and delivered top-quality workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble, they happily adapted the build to suit my specific needs. Friendly, professional, and a real pleasure to have around.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed that the goods you received match the product description provided on our website. The dimensions for product 4MP00115 are clearly stated as follows:
• Length (1 side): 197 cm
• Depth (2 sides): 94 cm
• Height (without roof): 220 cm
• Height (with mesh roof): 225 cm
• Height at the tallest point of the roof (waterproof option): 235 cm
You mentioned during our phone conversation that your daughter confused the length with the height, which indicates that the error was not on our part. Additionally, I want to clarify that at no point did any of our staff call your daughter "thick." We answered all your questions and informed you that you are welcome to return the product for a refund, provided it is fit for resale.
Our complaint procedure is thorough, and if our descriptions were as inaccurate as you claim, we would not still be in business.
