Withdrawal confiscated without evidence – €574.98 taken from my account
I had a very disappointing experience with 4kasino.
After previously receiving successful withdrawals, my latest withdrawal of €574.98 was suddenly canceled and the money was removed from my account (“taken to system”).
The casino claims I violated their terms (clause 12.10), but they have not provided any specific explanation or evidence to support this accusation.
I clearly state that I did not use a VPN, did not submit false documents, and did not engage in bonus abuse or any prohibited activity.
When I asked for clarification, I only received a generic response saying the decision is final, without any proof or details.
I have already submitted a formal complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
This lack of transparency and refusal to provide evidence is very concerning.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino.
