Partly my fault, that's why I gave two stars instead of one. Although they looked nothing like the photos online, color especially, if I wanted to return them from California, it would have cost me between 35$ and 45$. I was stunned.
I have been buying clothes and shoes online for 18 years, from Macy's, Nordstrom's Rack, Marshalls, Zappos, Cole Haan, Calvin Klein, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, Walmart, and more. It never occurred to me that I would have to pay shipping back to England. Now I'm stuck with them.

Placed an order with 4feetshoes and it never turned up, contacted and payment was paid promptly and Evri was blamed for not delivering.

Gave them a second chance and selected Royal Mail delivery this time, same scenario as above, blamed Royal Mail this time, refund requested again and paid.

Would not use this website again, once bit twice shy. Big disappointment as the it was a gift for birthday I had ordered.

⭐️ Disappointing experience – twice

Unfortunately, we’ve now tried to order wellies from this company twice and on both occasions the parcel has failed to arrive.

The first time, we were told the issue was with Evri. We gave the company the benefit of the doubt and decided to order again the following week, only for exactly the same thing to happen a second time – this time with Royal Mail.

I completely understand that courier issues can happen and aren’t always within a retailer’s control, but when the same thing happens twice with two different delivery companies, it becomes very frustrating and slightly unbelievable. As the retailer, ultimately our contract is with you and we shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase missing orders or be left without the products we’ve paid for.

We genuinely wanted to give the company another chance after the first experience, which makes the second failed delivery even more disappointing.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

Easy to communicate with and an appealing selection of good quality boots and shoes.
Haven't left five stars because I ordered blue boots and was sent black, which was a mistake on the website rather than the ordering or packing process.

Ignore this shop/online site. I've ordered a trainer before I go holiday, luckily it arrived just before I go. I've received a totally wrong design with a different size.
The box was correct size 10 and the design I've ordered but inside different design with size 7.5.
I live in far East and showroom is in Camden, which is other side of me. Still I contacted and happy to travel for a quick exchanges. But, I've been told it's not in stock and contact via email.
Finally after holiday I've returned the item which is I've to pay for printing the return form and taking time off for posting. Since Thursday I've returned and today is Tuesday no response yet about what is going on, will I get my item I've ordered or am I getting a refund?
Unprofessional company. One thing I like customer service. They did answer my call and responded my email.

Good communication, easy website,ok prices,would use in the future
