Very poor service . Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago . Nothing arrived. Emailed Nicole who said it seems to be lost in transit with Hermes.... they sent an email that Evri will deliver ....so very unsure if they are even aware of who they sent it with.
After raising the concern they stared the refund pretty quickly but very short worded email felt very unvalued as a customer.
Was a pair of shoes for my birthday....which is tomorrow

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store if you’re a EU customer. They claim there’s no fees or extra charges within the EU, however I ordered to Germany and wa charged with 190€ just for the shipping +customs. That didn’t even include do price of my order. On top of that, the package arrived 3 weeks later than it was supposed to. I was willing to pay but the 4feetshoes customer service urged me not to because I’d have to pay them another 160€ for the price of the order. They said the moment they receive my package back they’ll ship it to me using a different delivery company and it wouldn’t take more than a week. After I refused delivery and the package was sent back. I contacted them and they said I would have to wait until they receive a new delivery of the shoes I ordered because they were sold out.

I ordered today at 14:30. I paid for same day delivery and they have just arrived at 19:30.
Can not fault that service at all.

I initially found these shoes through another retailer, but they were sold out, with no chance of restocking. After some searching I found them on 4feetshoes, though I was skeptical about purchasing, as I had never heard of the company. Luckily, they were highly rated, so I moved forward with the purchase. So glad I did because these shoes are adorable! They also arrived quickly considering the overseas shipping. Would definitely order from here again.
