I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this site was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The ordering process seemed smooth at first, but after payment there was nothing but delays, vague updates, and zero real communication.

Any attempt to get clear information was met with copy-paste responses or no reply at all. It felt like I was being kept in the dark the entire time. What was promised on the website didn’t match the actual service experience, and there was no proper accountability when things went wrong.

Overall, it came across as untrustworthy and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend using this service to anyone expecting reliability or honest customer support.

They also go by Sam-Jones 420 vapes and carts and vapsandcarts.com and 420vapes and carts and claim to have started out as a delivery service and now have a dispensary but it's all BS THEY ARE CRIMINALS WHO HAVE ROBBED ME AND MANY OTHERS WHEN IS SOMETHING GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS ???? THANKS GOOGLE AND BITCOIN FOR ALLOWING THESE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE TO DO THIS SMFH

This is a COMPLETE and utter TOTAL SCAM.I repeat do not order from this website. Unless it requires you to pay via credit card DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this or 420premiumvapes website. I ordered $400 worth of products and have yet to receive anything except an additional fee of $350 for discreet insurance, from a Transglobal shipping company that has misspelled words and threatening emails. They threatened me with legal action if I didn’t pay the fee, go figure.

This is a total scam!! I ordered product and paid for shipping. When I asked for tracking info I as told there was a "problem". They then said I had to pay $200 additional or shipping insurance. I told them I wasn't going to pay for insurance. I told them I was not satisfied, because they offer a "100%" money back guarantee. I was told that only applied after shipping and they would not refund me. Unfortunately because they were paid through Zelle, I have no way to get my money back! DO NOT SEND THIS WEBSITE ANY MONEY, BY ANY MEANS. YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE ANYTHING BUT THREATENING TEXTS FROM THEM!

Scam, it looks like you guys took me for 500 bucks with items purchase and “refundable” fees overall. After I was told you were legit and to trust you, that’s pretty damn low if you ask me. Had me fooled knew I should dropped out, I just wanted to get my it,e purchase money back. Is there any site that is legit and discreet unlike these guys?

Glad to come across trustpilot. I'll like to use this as an opportunity to write a good review about 420 vape carts shop! I got some vape carts from the some days back which I never expected it was going to be delivered and in fact a legit. But they delivered right on time as they stated and also, their products were too grade which helped for my depression ☺️

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! First I paid by zelle. Then they ask you to take a picture of proof you paid by zelle. Then they send you a bootleg confirmation. Then they wait a day and you receive an email from a transportation company saying that because the package was labeled as discrete it has been placed on hold by customs. Then they send you another email saying that you have to pay 25 bucks extra for the insurance to avoid cops lol. At this point the customer service rep makes believe he doesn't understand your situation and tells you to pay for the insurance. Once you write back and say you do not want the insurance they tell you they can not send the package. You are and never will receive a package even if you pay the 25 bucks. So I spent 200 on the product, 50 on overnight shipping and then they ask for 25 bucks. It's a systematic scam. Mind you the emails and texts they send you consist of poor grammar. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my money and ran! Never received my order and they stopped responding to my questions regarding the order! Please save yourself some time and money and do NOT use this site
