Essential First Aid Training
The first aid course was highly informative and practical. The instructor explained everything clearly, and the hands-on sessions made it easy to understand how to respond in real emergencies. I now feel much more confident in providing basic first aid. Highly recommended for everyone!

A very enjoyable course
An overall fantastic course.
After a slow start the course, it ended up being an enjoyable experience.
The difficulties often felt with online courses were countered brilliantly by the instructor Dave Hall, who was engaging and entertaining throughout the process.

The Asbestos Awareness course is awful…
The Asbestos Awareness course is awful for someone having to complete annually. Development of a shorter refresher course should be implemented. Some of the narrative was monotone and a considerable amount of the content is irrelevant if you have previous experience in the subject.
I felt 3 hours of my time wasted.

SMSTS 2 day refresher
I have just finished my 2 day refresher SMSTS course, i have done many over the year with this being the first one undertaken online, i am not always a fan of online course its sometimes more difficult to interact however this was fun, worked well and Dave our tutor was great. thumbs up

3 day 1st Aid Course with Lee Warren
I’ve just completed the 3 day 1st aid training in Liverpool with Lee Warren.
Had a great 3 days. The course was very informative and as soon as I arrived on day 1 Lee put us at ease and made us feel comfortable m, which set the tone for the whole course.
I left feeling confident I was more equipped to deal with a real life situation.
Lee was great company for the 3 days, using plenty of lived examples to refer to when trying to get info across, which made it easier to take on board I think.
Next time I need to renew, I will be asking for Lee.

I've just completed the 3-day First Aid at Work course run by Lee Warren in Speke, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Lee made what could have been a very intense few days genuinely enjoyable and easy to follow. His teaching style is clear, engaging, and full of real-life examples that really help the information stick.
He encouraged everyone to get involved and made sure we all felt confident with both the theory and the practical side of first aid. Lee’s enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out — it’s obvious he cares about making sure everyone leaves the course feeling capable and prepared.
