Web site easy to use. Price good. Delivery prompt. Glasses fit and prescription good.

Fast delivery. Great quality and price. Easy to navigate web site.

Made glasses incorrectly, blamed me, and refused to return my money. Offered "bucks credit" which they then reversed and retracted. I'm left holding the bag with no glasses and out my $250!! Excuse that provided me with glasses--well they are worthless!! order#627381848--
I believe this outfit is a "sham"

Didn't get my repaired glasses back and chat ( David ) said they didn't get back in NY to then say they were delivered back to me on May 6th which didn't happen. They are prescription so do need them!

I sent frames to put new lenses in--they didn't work, so they took them back, redid them, and they are perfect! Great communication and quick responses to questions. The only hitch was USPS which took 3 weeks to deliver--I would choose another sender next time.

Always exceptional service.

Been with these guys for years. Always impressed how efficient and easy the process is. Great glasses at unbeatable prices.

The frames are not the quality I had hoped. But the service and experience ordering was good.

Daughter loves em. So I'm happy!

After getting the 5 frames to try on before ordering which is an amazing feature to have I Placed my order same day recieved. Returned the frames very next day. Frames are inexpensive but durable and strong.

Processing and Shipping was quick as I recieved my order 1 week maybe little over a week after ordering.

Most recently I made a mistake in a progressive lens prescription and 39Dollar remade the glasses quickly without any hassle. My wife and I have been using 39Dollar Glasses for many year and many glasses, regular single vision, progressive, and prescription sunglasses. They have never let us down and customer service has been excellent the few times we needed it. Never a issue, even when the problem was a error on our part. We are customers for life.

Smooth, Painless, and Quick. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was totally free.
