Good and useful material. Class layout and materials where sometimes off due to originally being told 14, 1hr classes but are 28, 30min. classes. Good overview of a number of topics. Overall very satisfied.
it ok for beginners
Thank you for your service and support
Too many slide videos. Should be able to look through content while taking test at end. Should be open book.
The product experience was miserable. The content was INCREDIBLY basic. I was expecting something a little better. Honestly, I could have taken a trip to Home Depot and learned more about building maintenance.
The classes time out after 30 minutes and you have to get back in even if you are active. Also there are times when it did not save where I ended the last time. Some of the sections are more informative then others. A majority of the sections just have audio reading what the slide says and not much additional info. Although for the money the information that is given is good and it is laid out in an easy to follow matter. The knowledge checks are a good idea to keep you focused.
It is an ok program, but not very detailed or in depth.
You try to teach too much into a 30 minute module
Great deal and very well structured.
